When I was in high school I went skiing with a friend in Wisconsin. I had made it to the top of the slope before him so I had to wait for him. That's when a kid came up next to me and pointed off towards a clearing off the ski resort property and asked, "What are those things?". I looked over and I will never forget what I saw. I was kind of far away but I could see enough detail. There were four of these things walking in a line across this clearing. They were at least 7 feet tall maybe taller and covered in dark fur. They were extremely muscular, had the head of a dog/wolf, a small tail, and backwards jointed legs like a dog/wolf. They were walking on two legs as well. I tried to rationalize what I was seeing but I just couldn't, I had never seen an animal like that before. I ended up telling the kid that they were just coyotes even though we both knew that they weren't. They disapeared in the woods and my friend had made it to the top of the slope by then. I never told him what I saw that day and I have only told two other people about what I saw.

Nice video... I have a werewolf/vampire story myself. My family and I were at a store around Texas when I saw a tall man, he looked about 20-30, he wore a short sleeved red and black jacket. He had a white shirt underneath, he had black jeans, and red converse looking tennis shoes. His hair was jet black. I noticed he smelled like steak so -Being the most dumbest person around- I followed him, trying to get more of that great smelling steak... I eventually followed him out of the store and he asked me," You following me, young lady?" I panicked and I didn't say anything. I noticed he had yellow eyes and he had slightly sharpened teeth. I don't know if I was just hallucinating, but I think that what I saw was true... We ended up having a small talk and he was seemingly irritated. I left him be and went away, feeling that he was staring at me, judging by how my hair stood up.

I always wonder if the stories of werewolves are in actuality sightings of some type of cryptid. There is a shocking amount of our world that we know little to nothing about. I wouldn't be surprised if we know more about space than we do our own planet. First, this is the best werewolf compilation I've found on YT so far, hands down! I haven't heard any of these ten stories read by other narrators so thanks for doing the searching for us. Second, I really enjoy listening to your narrations. as a young man I was told the same story by 4 people who other than my mom and her cousins are unrelated and from 3 different parts of the country. starting with my friend I will call her Jane any way she told me that one night when she was a young girl living in belvidere she was awakend by what she said was what sounded like a dog howl and bark at the same time a kind of strange sound. looking out the window in the direction of the woods near her home she saw a little bit of light weaving around in the trees getting fainter and fainter the following morning she went in to the woods just to see if she was dreaming she said she found what looked like large dog tracks leading to the river at which point she went and told her dad he went haywire and told her never to go into the woods again and the thing that she saw was called a wolfin then he told her the story of the beast and how far back it goes in the history of the town some 150yrs. the next time I heard of the same beast I was in gulf port Ms my cousin Francis and Pum told me about an experience that they and my mom had when they went camping in the forest near where they lived and it was just about the same as the story I had heard from Jane except for the light. they said that the moon was bright enough to see in areas and that the creacher passed quietly except for the occasional sound of leaf litter rustling here and there. same discription and I asked my mom about this about 15 min. later and she told me the exact same thing and when they told there parents what they had seen they got the beating of a lifetime and told never to go back in the forest ever again never being told what or why just the wolfin would get them. finally my friend Jim told me yet again the same story about a creature that lived in the mountains near his home in Tennessee and how it would traverse his property at one small corner where the woods are rather thick and he has seen it on more than one occasion and calls it the same thing a wolfin. 5 people 3 places and the same discription and name of something that is supposed to be a myth these people are in no way aware of the experience of the others yet how would you explain such a odd bonding my mom and her cousins have since passed away James is suffering early onset dementia and Jane and I have parted ways only the great creator knows the truth and the creations that are on this planet and we will all know when we step through the vale when we come to the end of our lives. thanks for reading and sorry so long.
The story about US military in Germany is pure BS. US military personnel in country are NEVER allowed to be armed outside of the camp and probably in camp as well, unless they are on guard duty, on maneuvers or at the range, period. And there are no coyotes in Deutschland, or Europe for that matter. Otherwise a good story.
There is a type of coyote in Europe and they wonder in the Carpathian Mountains. Don't know if in Germany but in the country ( in Europe)I come from, we do have a subspecies of the coyote😋

I can't remember where but I recall hearing a recent story about one being engaged in Mexico. It was running across a clearing and two guys saw it. Said it looked like it had a torn button up on. One of them hit it twice with a powerful rifle and it hardly noticed and didn't even look at them but they say it may have tried to flank them. By morning a security guard was found very very very dead. I haven't heard anything since. That and the stuff out of French and Romanian legend is pretty much all I know. Could that be considered lore?
Out of all creepy beings out there,I prefer Werewolves/Dogmen if I had to come across a scary being... most of the time,it seems like they just want to chase people out of their territory...there are others tho that I feel the way you feel about werewolves.Always remember to call for Arch angel Michael if you are scared :)

this one time I was in the woods on a Saturday night and I kept hearing small crackling of the leaves behind me then a tangle went down my back then I heard a howl it sounded really close so I looked around but I saw nothing but trees so I continued walking for like five second's then I saw a large figure with black hair or fur it looked like it was looking for something then whatever it was it turned around looking directly at me on all four's so I assumed it was a bear but I saw it stand up on its hind legs then I got into a curl up position then I froze as the beast came closer to me all I heard was a sniffing noise then a loud howl then more crackling of dead leave's after like 20 minuets I looked around and I saw nothing I don't know if I said this already but I had a pocket knife out in case if I see a bear or something but I couldn't find my pocket knife it was gone all I saw was huge foot prints like half dog half human but anyway back to the beast I didn't get a good look at its face but it definetly had a snout so I ran back to my tent in fear and I woke up my parents and told them what had happened but they thought I was joking but to this day I've never wanted to go camping again
I've seen something. I was camping when I saw a big hairy thing. I think it was a wolf, but it was too big and we didn't have wolfs here. I will never forget it. I now hate to be alone at night.

I remember when I was about 5 years old, I lived with my father in the woods with my older sister Kisha. We lived in a cabin in the middle of a forest. It was quite peaceful but one night.... I hear crunching outside my window, it sounded like crunching leaves. I was confused so being curious I peeked through my window blinds. Just to see a giant shadow, it was far away in between two trees. As I looked closer I saw a man. But not an ordinary one.... It was furry tall and had a head of a wolf. I saw it's yellow blazing eyes like fire. I was horrified, it stared to run over to my window. I gasped and ducked underneath the window. Once I heard the noise of it running stop, I waited for a while until I peeked out the window to see it right there. I shared it's gaze, until I screamed as loud as I could. My sister and father burst into the room and looked at the window. But they saw nothing... >:3

I make the 666th like. no one do shit. I actually saw a werewolf once too. at this time I was around sixeen and stayed up late on weekends like this on the regular. I'm 18 now. it was a Saturday night. I was watching Toonami at around eleven at night, and I was petting my dogs both of them are pretty lazy, but tonight they were on edge tonight. I live in a suburban neighborhood with a forest behind me. I never go in there. Anyways, my dogs wouldn't stop looking at my front door. They do this on the regular, but they were staying next to me the whole time. I got up to go to the door to show them that nothing was there like always. "How many times do I have to tell you guys that just some guy across the street isn't a visitor" I complained to the dogs. I opened the door and there it was. Right in front of me was a ten foot tall, black furred werewolf. it had golden yellow eyes, and was built like an Olympic weight lifter. I had froze right there, only an half inch thick glass door separating me and a monster that could bust through the glass and turn me into a midnight meal. But it didn't, it just stood there staring at me. I wanted to do something, but my body wouldn't let me. My dogs were at my side growling at the beast like the fierce guard dogs they think they are. Bless their souls. This staring contest continued for a while until the werewolf spoke in a deep, growling voice. "I'll return some day". the monster climbed my house and ran off into the forest behind me. While I haven't seen the wolfman since, but if he is coming back, I don't want to know why. And I never want to.
Poor Kitty 😺 now that you know that a Dogman is outside stalking you're home, you should bring the Kitty Kat into the house and keep it safe. At least until this Creature is gone.
Mine only seemed to work at night. The morning after I got it my foster parents told me that it was probably the batteries, since they (batteries) were kind of old. We changed the batteries with brand new ones, but that didn't change anything, so I finally just put it in the toy box in the play room so I could sleep. I ended up finding it again years later and cleaning it up and giving it to my niece, but it scared her so badly that my sister threw it away.
The story where the 3 boys walked home alone has a huge error in it, the boy submitting it said that the girl who left the party after them never came home, since that story happened 2 years prior to the submission; why didn't he comment on what happened to her??? Sure it may add to the mystery, but it seems like he was trying to say that this girl was eaten, or killed by this creature.

Dogmen is the new popular term for what these creatures are called. They don't transform but they do switch from quadruped to bipedal movement. It seems to be two or three types.
It did it for me! Well, you heard the story #3. You are right about it being a whole different experience from tv. If it was a bear, moose, fox which we would rarely see, not a big deal. Something huge you can't identify is just down right terrifying. I am very much more so aware of my surroundings. I was never a hunter to begin with, I loved to camp all the time. That encounter literally has messed with my mind that I won't camp, even on my lawn- the only animals I see now are cats, dogs & bunnies. And anything looking close to what I saw- tv gets shut off immediately. Thanks for the positive comments. I don't use a fake name & I comment on Darkness often. So that was a huge step for me to finally say what happened- knowing there are so many encounters, I don't feel alone.
At first witnesses usually freeze then it usually does some kind of intimidation display and snaps them out of their shock enough to get them to run away.

this one time I was in the woods on a Saturday night and I kept hearing small crackling of the leaves behind me then a tangle went down my back then I heard a howl it sounded really close so I looked around but I saw nothing but trees so I continued walking for like five second's then I saw a large figure with black hair or fur it looked like it was looking for something then whatever it was it turned around looking directly at me on all four's so I assumed it was a bear but I saw it stand up on its hind legs then I got into a curl up position then I froze as the beast came closer to me all I heard was a sniffing noise then a loud howl then more crackling of dead leave's after like 20 minuets I looked around and I saw nothing I don't know if I said this already but I had a pocket knife out in case if I see a bear or something but I couldn't find my pocket knife it was gone all I saw was huge foot prints like half dog half human but anyway back to the beast I didn't get a good look at its face but it definetly had a snout so I ran back to my tent in fear and I woke up my parents and told them what had happened but they thought I was joking but to this day I've never wanted to go camping again

I've seen something. I was camping when I saw a big hairy thing. I think it was a wolf, but it was too big and we didn't have wolfs here. I will never forget it. I now hate to be alone at night.

I remember when I was about 5 years old, I lived with my father in the woods with my older sister Kisha. We lived in a cabin in the middle of a forest. It was quite peaceful but one night.... I hear crunching outside my window, it sounded like crunching leaves. I was confused so being curious I peeked through my window blinds. Just to see a giant shadow, it was far away in between two trees. As I looked closer I saw a man. But not an ordinary one.... It was furry tall and had a head of a wolf. I saw it's yellow blazing eyes like fire. I was horrified, it stared to run over to my window. I gasped and ducked underneath the window. Once I heard the noise of it running stop, I waited for a while until I peeked out the window to see it right there. I shared it's gaze, until I screamed as loud as I could. My sister and father burst into the room and looked at the window. But they saw nothing... >:3

I actually saw a werewolf once too.
at this time I was around sixeen and stayed up late on weekends like this on the regular. I'm 18 now.
it was a Saturday night. I was watching Toonami at around eleven at night, and I was petting my dogs both of them are pretty lazy, but tonight they were on edge tonight. I live in a suburban neighborhood with a forest behind me. I never go in there. Anyways, my dogs wouldn't stop looking at my front door. They do this on the regular, but they were staying next to me the whole time. I got up to go to the door to show them that nothing was there like always.
"How many times do I have to tell you guys that just some guy across the street isn't a visitor" I complained to the dogs. I opened the door and there it was. Right in front of me was a ten foot tall, black furred werewolf. it had golden yellow eyes, and was built like an Olympic weight lifter. I had froze right there, only an half inch thick glass door separating me and a monster that could bust through the glass and turn me into a midnight meal. But it didn't, it just stood there staring at me. I wanted to do something, but my body wouldn't let me. My dogs were at my side growling at the beast like the fierce guard dogs they think they are. Bless their souls. This staring contest continued for a while until the werewolf spoke in a deep, growling voice. "I'll return some day".
the monster climbed my house and ran off into the forest behind me. While I haven't seen the wolfman since, but if he is coming back, I don't want to know why. And I never want to.

Mine only seemed to work at night. The morning after I got it my foster parents told me that it was probably the batteries, since they (batteries) were kind of old. We changed the batteries with brand new ones, but that didn't change anything, so I finally just put it in the toy box in the play room so I could sleep. I ended up finding it again years later and cleaning it up and giving it to my niece, but it scared her so badly that my sister threw it away.

The story where the 3 boys walked home alone has a huge error in it, the boy submitting it said that the girl who left the party after them never came home, since that story happened 2 years prior to the submission; why didn't he comment on what happened to her??? Sure it may add to the mystery, but it seems like he was trying to say that this girl was eaten, or killed by this creature.

It did it for me! Well, you heard the story #3. You are right about it being a whole different experience from tv. If it was a bear, moose, fox which we would rarely see, not a big deal. Something huge you can't identify is just down right terrifying. I am very much more so aware of my surroundings. I was never a hunter to begin with, I loved to camp all the time. That encounter literally has messed with my mind that I won't camp, even on my lawn- the only animals I see now are cats, dogs & bunnies. And anything looking close to what I saw- tv gets shut off immediately. Thanks for the positive comments. I don't use a fake name & I comment on Darkness often. So that was a huge step for me to finally say what happened- knowing there are so many encounters, I don't feel alone.
At first witnesses usually freeze then it usually does some kind of intimidation display and snaps them out of their shock enough to get them to run away.
