@myaccmee those "terms" are called pronouns and they don't "denote humans" they are referring to gender which animals have, therefore they are referred to as "he" if he is male or "she" if she is female. "They/them" is plural. "It" refers to a neutral gender, if the gender is unknown, or it is inanimate and therefore has no gender. Different languages have different words for their pronouns, and some languages don't distinguish and may differentiate between human and nonhuman.

This includes countries that have been worshiping with elephants for thousands of years, enough is enough. Let’s protect them what few are left.
@@douchymcdouche169 there are domestic elephants in South Asia for centuries. They are not captured from wild. Same like Arabic people having camels and Europeans having horses.

To all those complaining about this elephant's chains. Please understand all animals, tamed from the wild or bred to be domesticated still have free will and instinct. Harnesses and restraints are necessary for the animal's safety and public safety. the fabric or leather harnesses or collars used on animals like horses will not work on a bull elephant. He has the strength to destroy small buildings and cars if he wanted. This animal is well fed, trained and cared for. He is a working animal. There is a fine line between captivity and animal work and abuse. This animals life experience is most likely far from abusive.

Some context: Super Tusker is a male bull elephant with tusks that weigh over 100lbs (45kgs) each. Tusks of that size are usually so long that they scrape along the ground when the elephant walks. Only bulls can be Super Tuskers, but there are female elephants with huge tusks that don't quite reach 100lbs.

Those were the age of men. No guns. Men and beasts united on the battle fields of glory.

Being that I live with almost intractable chronic, acute, pain (if I stand for too long, my right hip feels like bone grinding on bone), what I need to do is exercise more, not less, to help build up the muscle strength around key places. So, a small amount of lifting, and hydrotherapy, is what my doctors have suggested ... So, he may well be ancient, especially in elephant years, especially by the immense length of those tusks, the biggest I have ever seen on a living elephant, but a little walk, every day, keeps his joints from not seizing up entirely. Even better, as some zoos have actually built, is a place where elephants can swim; the one I've seen here on UA-cam, is like a long, deep, but narrow, swimming pool, with a reinforced transparent side, so you can see how an elephant swims, especially as it's - apparently, so I'm guessing - set up, so if an elephant takes a particular track in their enclosure, it has to swim about 100yrds, which is great at conditioning ... and helps keep them cool, and clean ... When I was young, I didn't believe than an elephant could walk completely underwater ... until I saw a video of a Asian elephants (big, but not nearly as big as this guy) travelling between islands; in not particularly deep water that is done by physically walking on the sea bed, and occasionally using its trunk as a snorkel ... In deeper water, though, they do the doggy paddle, using all four feet to propel themselves ... With this elephant, the only thing I didn't like, was the chain around his front right ankle, and around his neck - unless it's there to support the weight of his leg when raising it ... After all, you can exactly give an elder elephant a walking stick ...
This is a powerful message to send to the rest of the world - This is how what all world Government Armies/Defense Forces should be doing instead of fighting each other. Seriously though, imagine a poacher seeing this kind of protection in the jungles...like he's there with his random two other friends holding double barrel rifles and some long ass knives & spears and suddenly seeing an elephant just roaming around doing it's thing and then seeing a bunch of Army men with M4 Assault Rifles with "closed loop" communication gear just chilling near the elephant protecting it!!!

@myaccmee I said that as an example...... Not as defination
Defferent terms of he /she will be used in different languages
@myaccmee those "terms" are called pronouns and they don't "denote humans" they are referring to gender which animals have, therefore they are referred to as "he" if he is male or "she" if she is female. "They/them" is plural. "It" refers to a neutral gender, if the gender is unknown, or it is inanimate and therefore has no gender. Different languages have different words for their pronouns, and some languages don't distinguish and may differentiate between human and nonhuman.

He refuses to climbing trucks.. Also he walk 10 or less km for a day.. It is very normal for elephants.. The owner of this tusker is a local medical officer, he treats well also he loves it
Being that I live with almost intractable chronic, acute, pain (if I stand for too long, my right hip feels like bone grinding on bone), what I need to do is exercise more, not less, to help build up the muscle strength around key places.
Animals are active into their old age. I don't think he has arthritis like your grandpa and house pets bred to your needs.
