  • WHAT'S FOR DINNER | STEAKHOUSE PASTA SALAD
    Pasta salad season is upon us and what's more decadent than a steak house? Why not combine them and give yourself a little experience at home without the steakhouse prices?! This one is a winner for sure and really easy to change up to fit your tastes!
    I have absolutely no recipe for any of this but here's what I used. Everything is really to your taste:
    -Cherry tomatoes: roasted
    -Asparagus: blanched
    -Haloumi: pan fried
    -Steak: grilled
    -Farfalle pasta: cooked and cooled
    -Bacon: cooked and crumbled
    *Dressing:
    -Mayonnaise
    -Sour cream
    -Worcestershire sauce
    -Salt and pepper to taste
    -Lemon juice
    -Parsley and chives: chopped

      Oh it’s soooo delicious, especially pan fried! My next block I’m going to treat like a meat substitute in a burger or a sandwich, I’m very excited haha

      I thought they were really delicious and kept the crunch and nothing got too soggy!

    Did you cook the asparagus? That's the only part I'm a bit confused about. Tysm love. Can't wait to make this myself!

      I did, I boiled just long enough to keep it crunchy and bright green, then put it into cold water to stop the cooking!
