God changed me from a severely depressed bipolar, to completely normal and balanced with nonhighs or lows and no medication. I was once an attention seeking, lost young lady, and when i got saved God changed my heart. Im now modest, no mental health issues. No more demonic attacks sleep paralysis shadow beings and fear. All of it gone over night. The power of God is incredible and mighty and real. I strongly believe for the most part, if not 100%, that mental heth issues stem from demonic i fluence in the spirit realm. Because why did i have extreme mental health issues for 15 years, day in and day out was mental emotional torture and i TRIED EVERYTHING. MEDS, DOCTORS hospital stays, visits appointments, suicide attempts etc....... and you're tell me, i get saved and it all disappears almost over night? Totall normal now with no meds or anything. Im balanced at peace, and no longer struggle with hygiene or house cleaning problems.... I know im babbling a but now but.... you cant tell me God is real or all powerful. You dont suffer for 15 years from Mental health and then magically are fine.
I mean believing is your own decision. It would be hypocritical for God to override whether you believe or not because then it wouldn’t be free will. Someone can be ignorant to God their whole life and die not believing. If God overrides everyone’s belief, no one would go to hell as “unbelievers.” That’s not discrediting God performing in someone’s life to show himself in their life. But when you are given information it’s up to you to decide what to do with it. Some people see it as God, and some refuse to believe it’s God for the rest of their lives - always being ignorant to the existence of God. Believing is a choice, and God gives us that choice. That does not discredit God’s power or ability. God is going to show you who He is. He can’t MAKE you believe, you have to decide to do that for yourself. That’s why the Bible says “whosoever believes in Him” - giving the impression that some will believe and some won’t.
But Jesus never forced anyone into believing and Jesus never intended to force anyone into believing. I think you missed the point. Yes Jesus can do anything because He is God but what He won't do is MAKE/FORCE anyone into making a choice. We all have free will. Love cannot be forced. Steven's point was that Jesus couldn't change their belief, because it goes against God's gift of free will for each and one of us. Love by definition, has to be freely given. So if Jesus made it to where they'd believe: then He would've caused them to forcefully love Him against their free will - which isn't an actual genuine loving relationship. Plus, if Jesus decided to do that anyways: then there wouldn't have been a need for Him to command us to spread the Gospel if He can do it all, Himself. Also Steven mentioned towards the end that Jesus could have made them believe, but chose not to. Jesus can do anything He pleases to do, however, he cannot go against His word (and God's word).

This is untrue! I know this is untrue because I grew up with a dad who didn’t believe in Jesus, hated Christians, and wouldn’t let our household have the word of God dwell within it. I then grew up thinking the Bible was some rewritten book that couldn’t do anything for me. It was Jesus Christ and his power only that changed that lie and disbelief inside of me! He got me to open the Bible even though I couldn’t understand the words, it was because of his encouragement that I continued to keep reading it until he gave me the understanding & the meanings of his word! Today, I understand what I couldn’t before! Today, I teach my children, and I chase his truth and hunger for it daily! If you were paying attention, Steven pointed out towards the end: that Jesus WAS ABLE to, but even then - Jesus couldn't. Love by definition is freely given, not forced. Because of our God given free will, we have to make the choice to receive Christ by faith; He cannot force us. That was Steven's point, that it goes against God's loving nature.

A lot of the suffering we witness is the result of mankind’s sin and rebellion against God. Imagine how much better life on the planet could be if there were no iron-fisted dictators, terrorists, criminals, corrupt politicians, gangs, drug dealers, drunk drivers, absent parents, child molesters, schoolyard bullies, etc. Think of the billions of dollars that could be spent improving the quality of life for people if that money didn’t have to be spent fighting crime and other evils. He got me to open the Bible even though I couldn’t understand the words, it was because of his encouragement that I continued to keep reading it until he gave me the understanding & the meanings of his word! Today, I understand what I couldn’t before! Today, I teach my children, and I chase his truth and hunger for it daily! Nothing he said here is inaccurate. He clearly said “HE WAS ABLE TO” (meaning He had the ability, but He couldn’t, because God doesn’t go against His nature, His laws. And He gave us free will, so when we say God can’t save you if you don’t believe means he won’t because he is not going against His own laws.

That’s not true. Jesus sometimes over-rides unbelief out of compassion to build the person’s faith and trust in Him.

Unbelief is a choice on mankind's behalf. God CHOOSES not to override our free will.
If you were paying attention, Steven pointed out towards the end: that Jesus WAS ABLE to, but even then - Jesus couldn't. Love by definition is freely given, not forced. Because of our God given free will, we have to make the choice to receive Christ by faith; He cannot force us. That was Steven's point, that it goes against God's loving nature.

A lot of the suffering we witness is the result of mankind’s sin and rebellion against God. Imagine how much better life on the planet could be if there were no iron-fisted dictators, terrorists, criminals, corrupt politicians, gangs, drug dealers, drunk drivers, absent parents, child molesters, schoolyard bullies, etc. Think of the billions of dollars that could be spent improving the quality of life for people if that money didn’t have to be spent fighting crime and other evils. And you know why this happens? Because people choose to do evil. People choose not to Believe in God. God could force us but he doesn’t because that’s not who God is.
