An important factor that why Indian are doing well abroad is that India has huge population of 1.4 billion. Just only smartest 1% of Indian population can be 14 million individuals. Therefore they have to be really competitive. Another reason is that government provides Reservation in education and highly attractive government jobs for Backward Caste people. 70% of the population comes under that category therefore 30% Forward Caste people find it difficult to get job in India without paying High fees or donations. So they send their children to abroad to study and work. Because of reservation policy the caste system has turned upside down. Now the backward caste enjoy all privilege and forward caste are bearing all the cost. Poor people in forward caste are the worst hit by this. They are so called forwad class but live a poor quality of life therefore mostly their children go to foreign countries on loans and scholarships. When you see background of all these Indian CEO'S they belong to forward caste but their family aren't that rich initially.
