According to this video..india is poor so they know how to become ceos lol ...what about Indian colleges and schools...they never mentioned about it in video?....even Africa is poor ...but they can't produce CEOs its not about being poor..it's about what kind of colleges or universities yiu study

We Indians are very ambitious people. We want our share anywhere in the world. We are ready to struggle and Excel in our profession.

In the US, the usual package offered is $200k for an IT engineer. Out of it, around 120k comes as annual salary. Now, you have to spend at least 30-40k for a decent apartment. At the end of the year, you'll be left with $20-30k. In India, the same engineer will get a package of around 30 lakhs ($40 k) But the cost of living is so less that you'll be able to save roughly 10 lakhs every year (around $15k). The prospect of living with your friends and family, favourable weather and favourite food makes it worth leaving the extra $10-15k . The thought of contributing to your nation makes it even more satisfying. That's why many people nowadays return after working for a few years. I'm one of them :)
This ideas don't work in real life anymore brother working in the US , Canada or in Europe or Japan, South Korea, Singapore is far better than in India

The no of unicorns in INDIA today is already 90 and moving higher. Plus programs like CNBC Shark Tank ( very popular in US) is now being conducted in INDIA. So you will see around 200-300 unicorns in the next 3-5 years.

I haven't noticed any more from India. OH!! Silicon Valley. Probably compensating for something. Many brilliant minds come from India but I don't notice any higher percentage. People study alot its our habit
There was a lot of brain drain during last 25 years. However during the same period, India grew in a great way. Reason: In terms of numbers, there were a lot of people moved out of India, but that number is still very small. India produced and produces great minds with great education in huge numbers who remained in India and contributed to India's growth story and continue to do so. Hence, there is no stopping for India. It will continue to work on getting over the problems we have and will lead the world in the years, decades and centuries to come. India was and is destined to be great. It took a little time to get over the issues caused due to foreign invasions over the last few centuries.
