I think Lincoln knew their market pretty well....they attempted to remain true to the "tried and true" view of luxury cars. No need to innovate here, just keep a steady course straight ahead! Markets do change, of course, and that has created a problem. Lincoln doesn't seem to be producing any passenger cars today! Thanks! :) Jack
Jack l remember the horrible milage those vehicles got and l had a 74 LTD that had that 400 engine and the block cracked at 46 thousand miles in the summer with 70% antifreeze in the radiator.
