So I thought I would look for a video of Beaufort to get an idea of the town where the main characters of the book came from. And I came across your beautifully made video! Thanks a lot!!!

Didn't know you were from Down East. My grandparents and great grandparents were from Gloucester. Some of the original lighthouse keepers. Great grandmother was a Chadwick also.

No, it was filmed in Wilmington and Southport, but was set in Beaufort.

Great place to work! 2011 to 2015. Rentals got to be overwhelming- picky folks and such. Dont owe backrent either- they hold it against you.

Houses are extraordinarily expensive, and the only jobs available are restaurants.
