Trinny and Susannah needs a comeback. Along with Gok Wan and Nicky Hambleton Jones. They know their stuff, they know how to make people look the best version of themselves. The new shows of this type are full of air heads I.e. 100% Hotter, who's cast seem to wholly believe that every single one of their clients look good in a playsuit.

Thanks so much Trinny and team for such an informative video! I love the Weleda cream so much too, especially when traveling because the smell lingers enough and is so thick that keeps the skin from loosing hydration even on the longest flight or the harshest winter. Okay, I’m presently packing for a beach trip and I watched this 6 months ago. Found it again and since I have all these moisturizers and Amber Bath Salveation and shea butta frappe’s ( my company). I am set! Ive bought your clothes suggestions in 2020/2021. My bff watches you too! We crack up as your style is more my style. Btw, I lived in Naples and capri and especially the Amalia coast and Ischia (parents live there 4 months a year) were my stomping ground. You are so feminine and chic!!!!! First trip I’m not taking a ton of work out clothes.

Oregano oil (that has been diluted with a carrier oil such as olive oil-otherwise it can burn) acts as a natural antibiotic, just dont take it long term but apart from that it is great!

I never worried about nasal hydration, until I had a few nose bleeds last winter. That really took me by surprise, since I wasn't prone to those before. When I googled it, it pretty much says, that it's important to take care of it, when you get older. I'm 55, more maintenance overall, haha! Have a great time in Australia!

"maintenance overall", lol😂 Same here, no one told me menopause would make you dry allover, even in eyes and nose...l am losing hair aswell, insomnia, list is long, not to mention the rollercoaster mode😧 It indeed is a going on maintenance overall and those days waking up, splashing some water to face and feeling fresh just by enough sleep is long gone, now its the heavy stuff and strict regimen for skincare, and I must say I am thankful this stuff that do a difference is around these days (younger days skincare for hometreatment was lousy!) AND thankful for Trinny🙏, sharing her routines and tips in both the clothes area and skin/body care overall!

I feel so bad for you ladies talking about menopause, I know it can be a bitch (literally, met my mother recently...LOL). Us guys have is so much better, when our hormones fluctuate, we just go and get a more expensive and sexier car

Im also big on gut health as when im not on top of it my health really suffers. I take a gut collagen powder by Edible Health mixed into juice 1st thing in the morning- it contains turmeric, l-glutamine, aloe vera and other ingredients beneficial for the gut.
Also collodial silver is excellent for many things including cuts, mosquito bites and to boost your immune system. Google the other benefits as there are tons! I never travel without mine which is in a spray form from higher nature.

This was a hoot!!! I cannot believe all the supplements you take-they equal a meal! Interested in the jet lag tabs you took-where are they from? Fresh veggies were an excellent idea. Where did you get your eye mask from? Water is your best liquid-drink lost of it and fresh veggies and you do not need any colon help!!! I am also taking more and more snacks with me when I fly.

You can always take your own food, I do. I say I am on a doctor recommended regime, (I am as I am forbidden from salt) they never question it.

I also use geranium oil on my calves and feet for circulation - and it smells divine
And I thought I took a lot on board .... this is a one woman comedy routine ,and to be fair having flown that particular Long haul route many times can relate to be prepared 😂😂 , but also now I know what I must look like when I fly 😳😳😳

Charcoal tablets have always worked and been around for ages, so no one is going to spend the money marketing it...but most mothers know what they are good for, nothing like a stopped up child to ruin your day ... LOL

Did you declare your food/bread to immigration in sydney?? Hope-you ate all of those veggies too.
There’s no way she’s getting through customs with that lot! Even on long-haul, she’s going to have to eat those veggies (and some of the herbal supplements) at a very fast rate. And dump the rest in the bins before customs. Unless she fancies spending those 6 days inside the airport!

This might seem like a stupid question and I don't mean to be rude but why are you taking your own food with you on the plane? Wont you be served meals on the trip?
I take my own food becauae aeroplane food isbt too nice, also i cant have gluten or dairy so complicated when comea to flying so takeing own food is better. Also if ita a long flight u feel like snacking so best to take ur own snacks
