You're right on that @florreal. We're in deep trouble in this country and the sooner we stopped being petty and racialistic the better. Durban, in particular, is so filthy tourists are not visiting it anymore. "WE ARE NOT GOING TO IMPOSE THINGS ON THE GRASS ROOTS PEOPLE, WE ARE CONSULTING WITH THEM TO GUIDE US, WE DO NOT WORK ON A TOP DOWN APPROACH" and that kind of leadership will bear the best results.
