Turn Your Leftover's into the BEST Meal You've Ever HAD!!! / Plant-based!

Hello All! I love to cook and wanted to definitely include a 'cooking' series on my channel. I was inspired by ‪@JadeTheLibra‬ for my very first episode! I was watching her older vid's and on one of them she made a cashew ricotta, so I took some leftovers and made a cashew crema and BOOM....Plant-Based Enchiladas were born!
This first video is more about what you can do w/ leftovers and not so much a recipe but stay tuned because my very next episode will be a FULL-ON recipe where I'll be making my famous shredded beef sammies! (not plant-based LOL)
