Instant Pot TOTAL FAIL! + Counter Surfing Dog CAUGHT ON CAMERA!

So, I tried making my 'famous' shredded beef recipe using the Instant Pot (I usually do this on the stovetop) but unfortunately, I didn't halve the amount of spices I usually use, and it turned into an Instant Pot Total Fail!
I tried everything to remedy the situation, but nothing worked! :( So I ended up giving it to my son-in-law LOL He loved it!
Along with this TOTAL INSTANT POT FAIL, my roommates dog 'Spicer' was caught on camera counter surfing eating over half the meat on the plate I had put on the counter! Welp, at least she got her protein for the day....hmm maybe month! haha
