HOLY COW the second hand is actually hitting the marker! I've never seen a swiss made quartz watch does that at this price range. Might gonna get one in the near future. Thanks for the review!!
you're absolutely right bro. this watch doesn't get its fair share of mentioning. thanks for doing this video. I really dig the Americano, shwazy vibe vintage style of Hamilton. my wrist size is around 6.25inch, and my girlfriend's is even smaller so I guess this watch could be ideal for us to share.
I own a Boulton mechanical - blue dial. It is a rather large watch and the hands are sometimes difficult to see on the blue dial. That's why a few days ago I ordered the white Boulton - battery version - the same ones you are reviewing. I bought them through the Joma shop and they should arrive in the Czech Republic in a few days. By the way... Boulton mechanical with Hamilton H50 movement sometimes do not work properly. The movement stops and that pisses me off and it was also one of the reasons why I bought another Boulton Quartz - white dial. L. Vachutka, Czech Republic
@@NYCQ50 awesome!.. I’ve got a cartier tank and debating if I need this too!.. got my mum a quartz omega constellation for Xmas so no more watches for her for a bit!
Hello friend! Thanks for this video (even after the years) I am thinking about this or the smaller one, but I can not find any information about the exact size (it is only the dial not the whole case…), or the size of the wrist of the beholder. Can you measure around your wrist so I can have something to hold on to? Like wrapping the tape around your wrist over the bone? Would really really help me friend! Thanks a lot!
Thanks for the review. I was wonder how this looked on the wrist. I have a slightly larger wrist (7.25"), so I think this would be ideal (I'm a computer nerd, so my work environment is very much dress shirts and slacks). Great review. A pity this isn't mechanical.
@@NYCQ50 Respectfully I think it would look much better flush above your wrist bone. I'm sure you've heard that before. I also think it would look more masculine with a black or brown strap that fits your wrist. This was a classic size men's watch watch for decades. It has a very vintage vibe and a Swiss quartz movement. I hope you'll reconsider it.
Ok two things that will help , firstly, using the slightly rounded edge of say a kitchen worktop, and by rubbing the strap back and forth a few times helps the breaking in process and secondly, maybe try wearing the watch a little further up your arm, no watch in the world is made to sit on the bone, that surely must be massively uncomfortable .
I'm considering the mechanical version. I am getting to the point, that I prefer smaller watches after flipping and collecting for 20+ years. A lot of watches these days are getting too big in my opinion.
Watch is set to be lose enough for When your hand is being swollen from high blood pressure or whatever so the watch will move around a little bit. It's fine
Thanks for the video, crazy how you are still the only video showing this on the wrist on youtube that i can find
Ye I was frustrated when I couldn't find one either so I made it
@@NYCQ50 Appreciate it, I figured it would be too small for me and you helped me with that.
@@xtiann442 ye man it's a woman's watch for sure and if u have hairy arms it looks terrible

A great and much needed review. Thank you.
I have purchased yesterday, awaiting it landing, thanks for the great review. Looks lovely tbh

Only video on UA-cam of this model on the wrist and do you record it vertically?

Did you get it? Any idea how’s the anti reflection?
Two years later - how did this work out? It looks great..
Gave it to my mom

Thanks for this. I see this as a much cheaper Cartier TANK SOLO. Both Quartz too. I don't use dress watches that often so Quartz is ideal for me.
This is exactly that and honestly this dial is prettier and this watch has a quick release strap which does wonders when swaping

Do not get it
Hi. It's been over 6 months that you made this video, what are your thoughts on it? I'm about to get this exact watch by the end of the month
Its not very manly unless u have a 6in or smaller wrist dont get it. I gave it to my mother

What’s the model number for the smaller one? Is it a ladies watch
I'd say so

I agree brother big watches are not my thing. But the ventura elvis80 quartz in my next watch
And I'd get this boulton over the mechanical. The dial here is much nicer
How do I access the battery on this?
nice watch
Thank man, for the video
My pleasure
Isn't this listed as a women's watch?
For men. Hard to believe 🙂
You're wearing your watch to close to your hand. Move it up. The watch should be above that bone. I have the same bone.
Watch is set to be lose enough for When your hand is being swollen from high blood pressure or whatever so the watch will move around a little bit. It's fine
You’re not wearing you’re watch correctly it’s behind the wrist bone. Work on your reviews
