If you mean a cameraman who videos the whole train, not cutting away as soon as the loco has passed, I agree. I'm interested in trains, not just engines. I always have to try to count the number of coaches or wagons.
I'm not a rail enthusiast of any type but a Class 66 hauling coaches has got to be rare, hasn't it. Nice to see a few 'sheds' here, they don't tend to feature in the clag and thrash compilations.
I love the shot of the 153 unit and the 66 on freight , technically it’s bad luck but it’s real life , fantastic . I also like the uninterrupted view of the track work after the 20’s have exited the shot .
I love this video especially all the special equipment moves especially the tube stock move keep the great content coming and also just a tip or something I would appreciate it if you would put the timestamp at which a certain fan appears in the rest as well so that it’s easier for people to navigate if they want to see what trim that was people like me who don’t know the exact timetable
Looks like maybe some subsidence happening under the rails in the first clip, watch those locos lurch as the rails dip. Not like the smooth rails on the left track.
Thank you. Location information is always provided in the description of my videos. However, in future, I will consider incorporating this information into the videos for the benefit of yourself, and perhaps others as well.
I've seen multi aspect signals flash red in Europe to allow for shunt movements BUT I'm intrigued about this appearing to be the case on Derby platform 2 at 3:10 especially as the path is currently being used by the 153 unit in the opposite direction! Any info would be really useful
Ellie Swinfen Generally as a rule there are no flashing reds in the uk. Flashing yellows yes and even greens on the ecml. I would suspect a power fault in this case as its an older style bulb signal rather than more modern led.
Greetings from the U.S. and must say I love your trains and your videography. I too film entire trains and find it more closely mimics being there. What camera are you using for these vids? 4K? The definition is most excellent! Thank you!!
Thank you. This video was recorded with a Panasonic HC-VX870 camcorder; however, my more recent videos are recorded on a Panasonic HC-VXF1 camcorder. Both have 4K capabilities.
Thank you. There are numerous reasons regarding the length of trains in the United Kingdom, but companies have to work with the demand, resources and infrastructure available. For instance, many of the stations, freight terminals, sidings and passing loops are not able to accommodate longer trains.
I see. I noticed that your longer trains seemed to be a fairly standard length. That must reflect the passing loop lengths. Thank you. Enjoyed seeing such nice clean equipment and stations. Here in the US the spray paint idiots have their way with everything. It drives us nuts.
That's what I've always thought too, the infrastructure in the UK is still massively based on a network that was built well over a 100 years ago with very little change made to it and as such it's difficult to accommodate longer trains. The block signalling system doesn't help either. The newest all-new rail line in the UK, HS1, which also has the latest signalling systems, can accommodate much longer trains than the rest of the UK. And faster trains too.
I loved that short chemical train waiting on Doncaster platform 1 That train will have come from Simon Storage at Immingham. I load my road tanker there and often see them there either loading or tipping. Once the train is on the plant it is moved by a small mule unit
Thank you. Location and train information can often be found in the description of my videos. However, more recently I have started to include this within the videos themselves.
The locations of each shot are in the brackets of what each train was in the description, eg. 1. 47848, 56104, 56081, 56301 & 47812 | 0E27 Leicester LIP to Barrow Hill LIP (Derby).
really enjoyed this. thanks for being a 'whole train' videoer. Steve
Thank you for watching.

Highly enjoyable compilation , keep them coming .
Thank you.
Brilliant, the lengths you guys go to to give us pure entertainment, thank you
Thank you for watching.
Yet another great video, thanks.
Thank you.

A cracking video Kyle, we was very near each other at Crewe when the 40 arrived and departed. Regards Mike.
Thank you, Mike. If I had known, I would have said hello - maybe next time!
Should we start having name tags Kyle. lol
Excellent, wouldn't mind taking credit for such great railway montages.
Thanks, Richard. Very much appreciated.
Good work, Bob from Alberta.
Thank you.

Trains, trees, track and skies. What more do you need?
Cool vid :)

Good video. Would be good if you put the locations on though.

Hi Kyle, just watching your video, very interesting, different places seeing class 56's and 66's on freight. V.G.
Thanks for watching.
Track needs of bit work through Derby station.
Nice video
Thanks for watching.
How could you leave a 47/56 Convoy to an unseen footage comp, that would be the first thing I would upload!
Awesome!
Thank you for watching.
Great video. Why are the trains so short?

that 47 on the end of the 56s didn't look to pukka
Top video 😆
Thank you.
Kyle, I love your videos, your camera work is good. However you don't title any locations or train names. Would be interesting to folks.
Thank you. Location and train information can often be found in the description of my videos. However, more recently I have started to include this within the videos themselves.
I didn't think you could just go and start filming at Derby Station any more, I thought you had to be an actual passenger?
A wonderful compilation of diesels, my favourite being the 37's, as I remember them back in the 70's taking coal to Rye House power station
Thank you. I'm glad you liked the video.
What WAS that 37 hauling at 24:25? Didn't rrcognise it...
Neat video,
Thank you.
That my home town derby
Locations would have been nice.
