With the string trimmers they sell shoulder belts that can take the weight off of holding them if you use them for extended time it’s really nice.

Those trimmers did not come with shoulder straps? A good shoulder strap will support the trimmer and will make it easier to use by just directing it instead of holding and directing. My Stihl came with a strap. The boys will be able to handle them longer if they were using the straps.

For my families "polar plunge" after we take a shower we will shower under cold only. It shocks the system for sure.

Rebekah have you tried taking Epsom salt baths every night before bed? When I make myself do that consistently my resting heart rate goes down and my REM sleep improves.
