Last autumn I watched the video of your Dad saying he wanted to plant sweet potatoes. I was inspired by his plans for the future considering his illness and touched by the love you all shared with him (especially your beautiful children) so I promised myself come spring I would try my luck with planting sweet potatoes for the first time. Blessing to you all!! 💕💕
"Well, stepped on a chick" He said that so matter of fact and without fear. He didn't try to hide it or wasn't afraid you'd be mad. That's a great quality to have in a son.
Your Children have an amazing understanding of Death, it's really hard on Kid's sometimes, but your kid's have been tought really well how to deal with it :) Great Parent's !! :)
Yum Dinner looked Delicious 😋. Gideon's becoming quite the helper. He's been going with every morning. Jonah knows what needs done and just does it so Chores are easier. Smart Young Man! Rebekah helping worked out real well also got things done sooner. My Grandfather used to make a ladder so we could cross the fence with no trouble. He just put in a post as wide as you prefer to one of existing post but boards so we could climb. He got tired of fence breaking, torn clothes and torn body's if we got caught on Barbwires. God Bless and Peace Be With You All ☮️🙏❣️
Garden is starting to grow nice! Love seeing the small seedlings bloom in to bigger plants. It makes you feel like your harvest is going to be awesome!
I am still watching, just distracted with the mess (riots). It would be wonderful to live your lifestyle but too old. So glad you homeschool and provide food for your family. A good way to live, now and always was. Justin is getting so big. Sweet children.
Whenever I watch your videos and see your eldest son in action I can't help but think, 'I'd hire this kid over most adults I know any day of the week.' ... but in reality, when the time comes, it's pretty obvious he'll be the one doing the hiring. You're raising a very fine young man. You both should be tremendously proud. Same for all of your children, of course, but Jonah (I believe) is definitely a take-charge kind of person. It's impressive.
Love the technical irrigation work so far. Happy to see things getting dialed in. Also, the 15, 12, 9 day difference with the C monsters amending the soil is perfect proof of concept. Keep up the good work. Living vicariously through your garden and farm from Mexico City.
Watch your stuff every day, just started a tiny garden and hope to get a dozen chickens soon, maybe own a farm someday if I can save up enough! Have a great day man. Thanks for the uploads
If you put a few drops of dish soap in a big old watering van, and sprinkle the garden with it every once in a while, the water will soak into the earth more easily and not pool to grow algae The water will go in deeper, too.
no such thing as over kill when it comes to fence. i think a proper fence around the exterior of your property and then electric fence to split and run lanes is great.
Audio jack issues are never fun to deal with. Just a bad connection today or starting to glitch out and in need of repair? I really wish there was some handy warning system for detecting this kind of problem as it happens.
thats not good i'am fighting heat stress being to hot Can't put water on them or it will cook em, so been watering around them then at 6 pm i give them a good watering
Love that you always refer to Rebecca as the beautiful one. Such a sweet endearment
You totally need a drip system. Way more efficient.

When it comes to watering and having low water pressure, you are better off with a drip system.
The family unit works fantastically together! Such a pleasure to witness. Your meals always look so yummy. Thanks

WOW you have some beautiful acreage
I don’t understand why you sprinkler irrigation when you have a continuous water supply for your chickens. Why not flood irrigate once a week?
I love your family 😊
Hey thank you for inspiring me to start raising chickens and growing a garden thank you.
I need/want a farm life too 😥... Just sending some love from Toronto, Canada xoxo
I noticed the audio was a bit off the entire video. It sounded like someone kept on hitting the microphone over and over again
Love the videos, they bring a smile to my face. Thanks for sharing.
Justin I feel for you.
Justin great family 👪. Cheers from the UAE.
First wooohoo! Love the Rhodes family you guys are the best!

making the garden too big to water good prob, to have
You posted this just in time for my long drive home 😁
Keep the work up
How does your son get the chickens in the coop at night? Does he have to catch them one by one? Just curious from the Netherlands.
Hi maybe you should buy another spinckler to do one side of your garden and use the other one at the same time
Try a soaker hose system on each row.
Unfortunately that's hard to deal with when your hoeing over 5,000 square feet of garden.
I think it is better to have it outside and move it around😉

WHAT YOU NEED........ is a round garden adapter kit :)
Damn day 35 I have missed so much videos gotta go catch up on them now
build your next garden as a circle
Make a round garden.
Uncle justin! How much space per chicken should i build my chicken tractor for???
I think that the inch that you're trying to measure should be on a specific surface, not in a random pot
OMG watch out for the snake 🐍! 👍👍💯💯
Good gob
Are your sheep gaining any weight? They still look skinny
Ha! My birthday's tomorrow.
Don't mean to be mean but you might look into a new microphone, for head phone users it was pretty fuzzy at times
thats not good i'am fighting heat stress being to hot Can't put water on them or it will cook em, so been watering around them then at 6 pm i give them a good watering
