For Beta testing round 2, add lights and sirens to clear traffic. Then, say the State only approved the program, but not the lights and sirens. You decided to add them for aesthetics :)

You two should do a character match, one named Susi Side. Her role is she is going to jump to kill herself, but is never on anything that would kill her, like a box. Then the other named Savi Youi being her best friend and she claims Susi is always seeking drama. Then what ever cop talks you down, you fall in love with. Then when that is over, she does it again and blames the last cop for not falling in love with her and not dating her. Rinse and repeat. That would be funny and you could use it on and off like the Samatha thing or the George Marlin and Chuck.
