@12:07 in the video, the police player is worried about someone getting electrocuted if a powerline breaks and hits the truck. Firstly, you'd have to be in contact with a moving truck for that to happen. Secondly, the driver would be safe since the bodies of cars and trucks act as a Faraday cage when hit with electricity. It would be more logical if he was worried about you leaving live powerlines down all over the place as you drove down the road.
