The cops in the server should actually be realistic with charges if they have no court system
Your only fleeing/evading if they can prove you knowingfully left a scene with bad intentions, your claim of going pee would've probably worked seeing there should've been someone with you, and they didn't stop you from walling off
They could argue a reasonable person would know they can not leave, but the circumstance leads heavily in your favor.
They couldve charged you with careless driving, or gotten you with reckless driving if they could prove you a. Weren't listening to music. Or b. Could see the car from the cab
They could also go find where the car was picked up from, and see if there was any way of you not noticing you'd hit/picked it up
