Thanks dude. Yeah that malaysian thing really cought me out. I only took like change of clothes for 4 days and ended up staying for a few weeks....had to buy a new case and new clothes amongst other things! I travel extensively almost every week but they are all short trips within europe mainly. Being stuck in the far east isn't the norm for me.....but Malaysia is a nice place so it ain't too bad to be stuck out there.

Thanks dude. I wasn't sure if it was or wasn't a mitsubishi so I didn't mention it. I am on mobilecollectors but I just have not had the time to upload pics or do anything with it yet.

Do you know about any gsm 1900 transportables because I need something that will work over in America and all I see on the webernet is all these new crap look-a-likes. Thanks in advance if you reply.

Yeah. check out my videos on the motorola select 2000, 3000 and 6000. alternatively go for a motorola timeport (check out my video on that one too). If you're wanting a proper big phone like a bag phone then your only option is really the GSM1900 version of the M900 motorola bag phone. 85 percent are CDMA, about 10 percent are GSM900 and only about 5 percent are GSM 1900/800. alternatively go for a nokia 2190 or 5190 which are both "pocketsized". getting good batteries for the nokias is hard though.

That depends on which phone you are after. There are some that I have 5 or 6 duplicates of.....I had 17 of the select 6000e phones which I sold last year.
