Albert: Now, I do NOT have all the ingredients this time, but they're on my shopping list. Another WILL-try. Delicious. Yes, @7:11, "not fair" that YOU get to have a big bite and we don't. 😋 Thanks again. (Fan from San Francisco, California.) *!!~
Thanks for the shout out Albert! I like to add marinated mushrooms and artichokes for additional texture and flavor. Keep these great recipes coming! Not only are they delicious, but most can be easily modified to accomodate diabetic restrictions. I use konjac noodles instead of regular pasta.
Delicious, fresh and perfect for summer! I usually have this kind of pasta salad with breaded chicken when I go to the beach with my spanish family (I am from Catalonia). At home we sometimes change some ingredients (there are many versions) and put salsa rosa but the end result is similar.
I make this salad, artichokes too. Haven't made it in awhile but we are grilling tonight so I'm going to get this salad going as soon as I finish this text. I was going to make mac n cheese but this sounds better, thanks for the reminder. Love ALL your recipes. Two things you taught me, 1- the use of paprika, I use it way more than I ever did before 😀and 2- golden saffron brand..it is the best ( and I was surprised when it came with a small recipe pamphlet with your picture on it) Apparently they love you as much as you love the saffron) keep your recipes coming, I look forward to them every week.
@@mirandamom1346 oh no, thats too bad. But there were only a few recipes and I remember seeing them from his videos so you probably already saw them anyway.
I love your recipes - they are simple, elegant and so delicious. I’m from the west coast of Canada - I can’t find manchego cheese in my area - can you suggest a suitable substitute. Thank you so much. Hasta Luego.
I learned that if you put a 1/2tsp of baking soda in the water the egg shell comes right off when you crack it. Yummy cold pasta for the summer months.
I’m still (im)patiently waiting for summer tomatoes to be at their best at my latitude, but I’m guessing that roasted red bell peppers could step into their place for the next month 🤔.
I marinate the pasta in the dressing while it's still hot from cooking and the pasta absorbs the dressing entirely and become delicious to eat even by themselves
I’ve come to the point where I don’t use pitted olives at all. I find them to be so tasteless. ‘Stone in’ olives only for me, if I want to eat olives without the stones I just use my olive stone remover. It all makes for a much more authentic salad, as this is a Mediterranean salad , isn’t it? Common in Greece and Cyprus, but in U.K. too. I’ve been eating it here in Wales for the past 40 years! Thank you Albert. Albert? From Where in Spain does the fine name Albert originate?
Ummm kinda tough since this is not a Spanish kinda thing. "Traiga su propia cazuela" could be as close as possible meaning bring your own casserole. "Traiga una cazuela" also means bring a casserole, but I do not think that is appropriate. I don't recall that other than funeral wakes, an American "potluck" has ever been a Spanish"thing"
Because they are! Natural ingredients, cooked at home, only processing is done at the pasta factory. What do you want? To grind your own wheat and make your own flour? Come on. Albert prepares some of the most wholesome and nutritious dishes out there in UA-cam land. Open your eyes and enjoy. Spaniards know how to cook.....and well!
I made it !! I added garbanzo beans!! Love it!! Love you!!
Sounds great! Much love :)
I had exactly the same ingredients tonight (minus the green onion and parsley) and so I made it. And I was hungry too.
I love it!!! Just did it for dinner and had with glass of white wine :) perfect!!
So glad you enjoyed it :) much love
Una estupenda ensalada 🥗veraniega y que se ve muy apetitosa y que a todos les va a gustar muchas gracias por tu excelente trabajo

The size of that spring onion! :-o

Much love :)
I’m making this tonight!!!! It’s hot here in New Jersey and I was looking for something quick , easy & 🤤 delicious
Hope you enjoy! Much love :)
This looks amazing! I always use green olives, and I love the salad with them.
Made this for lunch today, it was delicious. Went beautifully with some garlic bread.
So happy to hear that! Much love :)
Wonderful! So easy. I am really grateful for your recipes.

Looks delicious. Yummy. An idea for my dinner this evening!

Albert when are you going to publish a recipe book? You are terrific. And you are too modest. But it's probably the best way to be!
Hopefully one day soon! Much love :)

Comte cheese (?)
Any hard nutty cheese will do.
Alexa, Loblaws or the Great Canadian Superstore sells it, if you are near one. I am in Ontario and got it today. :-)
Anyone know what is a hard nutty cheese available to find in New York?
I think sharp white cheddar would work. Anyone else?
Nice as always!

🍃❤I'm going to make this tonight for dinner!❤🍃

What a great recipe! Again, simple and made with seasonal foods. Love it.
@@reasbey It was DELICIOUS!🍃❤🍃
@@terridovey7648 I have no doubt! What’s not to like….I’ll probably make it with farfalle pasta.
@@reasbey 😁 That's what I'm going to do when I make it for my daughter and her family.❤👍
That looks great, and similar to a pasta salad I like making, though I dress mine in Rosa sauce and serve it in lettuce wraps xx
yum! I know what I'm making next! lol thank you! 💚🧡💜

Wondering substitute cheese! I don’t think I can find any of those in Canada! Love it! 🍴😋
Will it turn out OK with a red wine vinegar instead of the sherry vinegar? I don't see that available too often in stores in the US.
Easily gotten through Amazon, if you patronise it.
Yes, they are close on taste
Red wine vinegar should be just fine.
Bravo! 👏🏽
Much love :)
Ok, this is my tea tonight. What am I eating tomorrow?

What a lovely salad ! What could I substitute manchego cheese with ? Feta / Goat cheese work ?
You can use feta :) much love
Any tofu recipes?
How do you say "Pot Luck" in Spanish?
Ummm kinda tough since this is not a Spanish kinda thing. "Traiga su propia cazuela" could be as close as possible meaning bring your own casserole. "Traiga una cazuela" also means bring a casserole, but I do not think that is appropriate. I don't recall that other than funeral wakes, an American "potluck" has ever been a Spanish"thing"
I can't find this kind of cheese in my town..

Time for new oven mitts 😘
I also made a fresh summer salad with pasta and yoghurt, maybe you would like to check it ☺️

You are always saying that the dish is "healthy". Why? Careful
Spaniards know how to cook.....and well!
you have a brilliant channel, could I ask you to use proper eggs? pale yellow eggs like this make the dish very sad !
