Thank you! With a filter in place I don't believe there will be a difference in taste between glass and plastic. Plastic has better heat properties but glass is more premium and better looking. Yes hand wash but have put in the dishwasher a few times with no issues.

The Hario Switch is the best of both worlds. I Iove it!
It looks a great bit of kit. Just a bit pricey for my liking!
I got a clever dripper for the larger capacity though

never tried clever dripper before but I believe both are great
