- Filmed mainly from the cab (the only the scenes filmed in passenger are when the train is just pulling out of Aylesbury Vale Parkway station and the stretch from Aylesbury [town centre] station to Wendover - all the rest is a cab ride) of Chiltern Railways 165 005: Aylesbury Vale Parkway to London Marylebone on a snowy day in late January 2013. The opening of this station on 14th December 2008 means that scheduled network passenger services now operate north of Aylesbury (just) for the same time since the Great Central mainline closed. Only landfill trains run north of Aylesbury Vale Parkway, at the time of filming, as far as the waste depot at Calvert, which is currently the furthest extent of track, along the remnants of the GCML. Occasionally, DMUs run as far as Qainton Road station - originally a GCML station, but now the home of the Buckinghamshire Heritage Centre - for gala days. The majority of this film shows where network rail services run either on, or parallel to, London Underground (LUL) track (the Metropolitan Line starts from Amersham, with the Jubilee Line joining between Preston Road and Wembley Park LUL stations. A high volume of LUL trains are evident in this film. Filmed in full HD 1080p.
