Hello, good review, I have two 1st gen models i still use today. I was looking online for the new model and it's hard to find. You should have a link in the description of the video to the new printer especially if you would like people to purchase from your online store- just a suggestion :)

So glad you liked the review! We had a couple details to confirm with the S1's listing to make sure it was good to go! Good news, you can find it here now: www.glroboticsusa.com/products/mingda-magician-s1-3d-printer?_pos=1&_sid=57f89cdd1&_ss=r

Thanks for the reply and pointing out the link issue, that was resolved as of this morning and now the link in the description that will take you to our stores website will allow you to complete a preorder for the printer. There is not a ton of information online about the printer yet as it is still very new but if you would like to contact us we can give you all the information you would like.

This videos pops-up on my recommended list, I never heard about this brand. Anyway, custom slicer instead of using the standard one: 👎. This flat-cable for X and Z axies (Similar to how Sidewinder does): 👎.

So yes you have to use their slicer as of right now but all it is, is a skinned version of orca slicer. The reason being is that this is a brand new printer and nobody has had a chance yet to import the files into regular orca or prusa slicer. As far as not hearing about the brand I am glad that our video has reached you, the printer is truly great and has alot of modern day functions that people look for in a printer, for the flat cables, they make sense as you don't have a giant tail of wires coming off the print head that can interfere at times with your print, this also reduces the amount of tear down and struggle if you should need to replace one of the cables in the future.

@@GLRoboticsUSA I still not understand why use a custom/fork of OrcaSlicer, instead of sending one Pull-Request to OrcaSlicer. Other brands like Sovol and even Flashforge did that. Also, due to OrcaSlicer license the fork must be also open-source, so doing such PR is easier than keeping a fork. I never need to replace cables on my Prusa MK3S or Flashforge 5M. However, my most recent printer, one Sidewinder X3, already have some damaged connectors. Anyway, I will never trust such flat-cable ever again, it's smell a aesthetic over functionality.

Ok sir I would like for you to look at the price difference in the printers you just listed, we sell Flash forge here also and the prusa is 3-4 times the price of this printer, yet this printer still offers new features that many are looking for that even prusa does not yet offer, I apologize but being stuck on the ribbon cable is just a nit picky thing.
