This worked for me. After installing a Tazer the radio had reset to a basic Uconnect theme and lost many settings including SRT Modes and Performance Pages.

The reset trick should bring back the logo and features. If not, and it's been a few days then disconnect the battery for 30 mins. Reconnect, start the car, and try procedure again. If that still doesn't work then the dealer will need to review the firmware. See if there's a uconnect software update you can download from Dodge.
I have a 2021 392 durango so the screen looks different but I'm having a similar issue. The really weird thing is that on my wife's profile the srt button and pages are still there, but on my profile and any other profiles I create it does not work. Factory reset the radio unit (whole system then set up from scratch) . There's a slim possibility that you can only have one primary profile that supports SRT modes (maybe). Unless it used to work across all profiles? I can imagine they'd have this capability to keep your kids from killing themselves. Also, check to see if your profile has been flagged as restricted or something.

That's odd, the dealer told me on some models you just disconnect the fuse to cut power then eventually it will come back online by itself. Go to dealership near garage, holler at one of the techs and ask him, they all know.
@@TrickMasterPC I ended up just driving it home it auto eco (absolutely awful) garaging it, and let it sit for like an hour and all my options came back… now the reason this even occurred to begin with is because I put it in valet mode as an auto theft measure while out and about (use the same code every time.) When leaving, my car would not take code and I was left stuck in valet mode which I refuse to drive home with cut power to my engine. Disconnect fuse 37 (radio) from trunk battery and reseated. This basically gave me a default Chrysler Uconnect page. All in all, do not use valet unless actually valeting or chances are you could get stuck in it. Been doing this method for years, and never had this issue. When this happened it also cut my rear view camera as well but park sense worked. Nonetheless, very irritating situation lol but all good now. Hadda pop it into track soon as everything came back to remind my vehicle that it’s a monster and not an ordinary car. LoL, I never noticed that. I'll test it out, but likely it's a just a GPS Nav shortcut to display a list of nearest grocery stores or something.
