I like to do corned beef in my pressure cooker. I think I will try your seasoning mix next time - the wine, soy sauce, hot sauce, etc. I may add some fresh hot peppers and onions. I also haven't used the cooking broth to boil the cabbage, I'll try that too.
The way Justin pronounces things just makes me smile. It makes my heart warm. He makes me feel like he's a great uncle that's teaching me things through cooking. I love this little old man, and I only regret not finding him sooner. Love you all ❤️
I can’t help but wonder why they made him make such giant quantities of food into his dotage, all those great big cauldrons and giant metal dishes, is that the nature of Cajun cooking? Or just offered a bigger target for the cameraman
Was a great child hood growing up watching Justin at my grandma's and here I am 31 looking him up on youtube!
Justin Wilson makes me smile.
I watched him all the time on PBS
Def brings me back!

In Canada we use yellow split peas and make peas pudding with boiled dinner….it’s awesome…gets boiled with meat in a cheesecloth bag
I miss his shows
