The person then has to use an instrument that I imagine looks like a spatula and insert into the open wound thus keeping it open and prevent it from closing. No minor should transition. Most little kids want to be superheroes or princesses and most teens either want to be professional athletes, musicians, or tv stars. Kids change their minds too often to make life-altering decisions. When I was a kid, I wanted to be a super hero; then, a teacher; then a singer; then, an actor; then, a lawyer; then, a counselor. I ended up doing none of those things.
