@Vance Jaiden thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
I own the Pulse dive and it is an amazing scuba detector and pin Pointer. I also purchased the 8” scuba coil that attaché’s to the pulse dive control arm and it goes even deeper than the 4” scuba coil that came with the detector. I highly recommend getting one of these and the extra 8” coil. I absolutely love the pulse dive.
This is a fabulous review. You explain everything so well and demonstrated it too - Thank you for making it. I'm really impressed with the PulseDive. Well done :)
Haven't watched the video yet but I love this little detector. I found 12 gold rings last year with it in a local river. I like to tape 2 US nickels to the back of mine (in the indent between the handle and the coil) just to the point where the detector is not signaling. I get MUCH more depth.Could be worth trying this "hack" and showing if you see it makes a difference too! Keep the videos coming!
@@1894Outdoors Yeah give it a shot! And my name is John - hoping to start doing some videos this year but just made a website to document my new hobby so far TreasureHappy.com
Thank you for this review! I’m a visual learner so this just helped me from having to read the instruction booklet. I purchased this detector months ago for our annual river trip this weekend.
I thought this to be a gimmick device, but you have shown it to be legit. This solves my pin pointer decision AND solves my near-shore underwater river searching desires. Thanks much.
I've been looking at this device here in Australia and love that it's waterproof and robust. I'll be using this as a general pin-pointer, mainly on the beach, so it'll work well in shallow water in concert with my Equinox 800. Very useful review - thanks!
@@kevinturner5857 cool as I bought the Nokta pulsedive pointer with out the coil end though just to use with my garret detector he good to see videos of it adapted for land though
Nice review, but this pinpointer does not picking up the small items (tried gold earrings - nada), chains (tried thick 14 k in stretch and in heap - nothing)
These are brilliant underwater detectors and far superior to the scuba tectors which are unreliable. I even bought the larger coil for extra depth and I fitted a handle extension to reach deeper when snorkelling.
I was wondering if you or somebody could help me please! I was going to buy a mind lab metal detector and then I came across this. Does this replace a metal detector or do I still need to have both?
Hey man, thx for video. Im a newbie but it seems to me u missed to speak about something that seem to me quite/most important - the rapid retune function? It says on the box that it has it and Id really like to know how that works, thx.
I just got my kit the other day, not impressed at all. My xp and my garrettt are MUCH deeper and the only reason i got it was the interference from the others with my simplex and heck the Nokta interferes with it as well which is totally crazy to me! Thank goodness it frequency adjusts it makes it better but still not quiet on mine. Love my Nokta products but I couldn’t recommend this pinpointer to anyone if they are looking for a pinpointer. Yea it’s nice it has the scuba attachment and attaches to the headphones, that it is. Could be much better and I’m sure it is updatable via firmware updates and that is another bonus I guess.
I have this same set up with the update to the simplex they added a mute button I mute the metal detector and have no issues! I love it! I am ordering the scuba gear this summer and will use it while scuba diving swimming holes.
Great video.. I am considering buying a new pulse dive, and I need to know how long the battery would last, being continuously ON and in use? Secondly, is the battery pack removable, to swap out, to a fresh battery, if I bought a spare. Are spare batteries available? Thank you.
@@kevinturner5857 Thanks for the reply, I actually bought the 'Pulse Dive.'.. Not really used it yet, as I was busy planning/building a DIY, 12V Hookah Diving floating compressor system.. It's completed now, a (2) diver air supply for 20' depth. 2hr dive time. Works great. I make a single small Hookah system next. Cheers.
Good review. Sucks that the depth on the pin point function is so poor. That alone has put me off buying because the water features are secondary to land usage for me. Shame.
This is a poor man’s detector. I have a mine lab Excalibur ll and there is absolutely no comparison. You will lose a lot of treasure if you use this machine.

Hi wondering if u can use this on land with a extended pole as a metal detector for land and water ?
Yes you can , with some simple modification 😊

Awesome. Enjoyed it
Thanks for always watching Ron!

For the water id say yes if your snorkeling or diving on land its just a pinpounter and you will want more
@@1894Outdoors Cool thank you very much I’m going to order the minelab and see
Thank you!! What do you set the sensitivity underwater
Maximum sensitivity
Thank you
Also.is your coil '6 inches or 8 inches
How do you ground balance the pulse dive
Is it still wp with the pinpointer head on it?

It has no sound change while detecting
what you found in the river was a bullet?
So it pick up feroues metall too?
Everything, its basicily a pinpointer, waterproof and an extra disc to it
How much is this Nokta Macro
👍
Am I the only one dying to know what he found? What stone was that?
No gold?
Hold it above the coin. not sideways . 7-8 inch above some coins
Doesnt look super impressive as a pin pointer but the size and travel kit plus the dive features look amazing for vacations diving
