Swiss army knives. Why? Extra tools, Lightweight, But then we should talk about leathermans, which is generally easy to get multi-tool. That tends to be of higher quality than Victorinox knives. The downfall is that it is heavy. I would start carrying fixed-blade knives, a handgun, and a leatherman. If we are talking about the end of the world. Humans are the best animals this planet has created. If anyone can survive a total reset of the planet. It is the humans and Tardigrade. Which does happen once every few million years.
I only had one Swiss army when I was a kid, I have thought about getting one however I have another item a key bar that I kinda use as my multi tool item. I agree leathermans should be a option. I also agree they are heavy. I carry one either in my camera bag that is with me 80% of the time or in a pouch in my car that I am driving. I just think that is a different category. The knife on a leatherman as yes they will cut but man I don't want to cut a batch of taters and onions with them. LOL I always have a fixed blade with me. My White River M1 Backpacker caper. That is my go to. I also have a second blade that bounces back and forth between a little fixed blade or the hogue deka. Every once in a while the PM2
Cold Steel Recon 1 S35vn and Triad lock
@@Isbart7810-vn6me I have not held one but everyone says they are a beast.
Thanks for the mention! I really appreciate it. Love your take and will respond!
Sounds good my friend. I will check it out when it drops.
