This is the type and length of video I've been hoping Liebherr would produce. Thank you for your attention to detail and great camera angles. Very much appreciated.
Glad you liked it!
Operating cranes is one of the most satisfying jobs in the world. I have run cranes for the past twenty-six years and can truly say that once people get a job doing this, they will not want to do anything else except maybe rigging, which is equally important.
I have only operated a Tadano 25 ton RT twice when the drivers let me have a go (Asia).
We were lifting concrete in a hopper and its very careful work in case the hopper swings out too far and takes the crane outside of its limit. And I drove one around the site on another day, first gear so low but when that second gear comes in the surge forward with the torque is like WoW unexpected.
Overall its a job with constant danger and not for the faint hearted!
Yes this is True
@xraylife
You are absolutely correct there about the dangers that can occur unless the operator has been properly trained and schooled before there is time spent in the seat. One never learns too much and they should never think that they've got it under control, because thinking so can come back to haunt them in the end. I learn new things every single day and listen to reason when others try and tell me things that could lead to unsafe situations.
I've watched the whole 2 parts with vivid interest. I love this model and this jib is a pleasure to watch being assembled. I hope to get to build mine with lego one day !
A truly magnificent beast of a crane! 💪 Stong and yet delicate 🕸️! A very complicated machine! Excellent Video 👍👍👍Great work!!!
Thank you! 👍
Thanks for making this professional video! You put a lot of effort into it and I enjoyed the video!
Glad you enjoyed it!

how smoothly they work , it is very interesting to observe such processes in general😊😊
thank you for part 2 i have been looking forward to this for so long
Hope you enjoyed it!
Danke! 😁
Great video. Greetings from Dundalk, Ireland.
Thanks for watching!
Interesting one. You need a crane to build a crane to dismantle a crane. Top-team of riggers
Great video! I love your content, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
You should see the really big cranes! Mammoet has built some ring cranes taller than this one which can lift hundreds of tons. The technology has advanced tremendously over the last 40 years. The use of counterweights is now standard, and luffing jibs are seen everywhere.
Mammoet’s Ring cranes can lift in the thousands, not hundreds 😂 Unfortunately that was never seen here in my country
I would have thought that THIS crane was an example of advances in technology over the last 40 years. Yes, the Mammoet cranes are extraordinary but, if I recall, they are designed for use in VERY highly specialised circumstances. By comparison this crane is adaptable to many situations.
@@Tedinoz It’s a very different kind of crane for a different purpose. It’s designed to be very mobile and versatile, but at that expense comes the lack of capacity compared with those heavy cranes.
You can not set up a ring crane in the middle of a city
Saya juga bekerja di perusahaan swasta yang menyewakan tower crane, tapi jenisnya adalah comansa,LCL 500 di indonesia.
Sungguh sangat luar biasa alat yang satu ini.
Nice video from start to end.. love it .
Thank you
good job to all involved, thanks for sharing
Subhanallah bisaan eta nu nyieun mesina euy
The company I worked for has streamlined this process we pick and pin boom sections straight from the truck during assembly and use the outriggers to tilt the carrier and extend the crane boom to keep tip and the sections as close to the ground as possible , we can do in minutes what's taking these guys hours
You got me trying to figure out how you guys tilt using the outriggers 😅😅
After all that steel, it’s just a bunch of pins holding it all together. 😂
This is so fascinating to watch.
But was a fantastic opportunity to watch
For my saturday night. Thank you!!
I want to know plz how is the boom angle when machine working I mean main boom angle and telescopic boom length?
EXELENT VIDIO.THANK YOU
The wind mills use some really tall ones
did you video the process of the tower crane disassembly?
Unfortunately no.
That is an epic crane.
Somehow I have the feeling that these men haven't done this crane construction too often !!! And I have never seen the counterweights distributed unevenly.
Bel video. 👍👍
THOSE ARE SOME LONG CABLES
Did i remember to put that clevis pin in ?🤔🤔
So they use a small crane to assemble a bigger crane…then the bigger crane goes and disassembles an even bigger crane…😁😁😁
Mantap bosku
Alat yang sangat canggih.

All this just to lift a Playstation 5 to the 400th floor.
why not chinese made crane?
because germany made crane is better
Why does the country of origin matter? Are you that fragile and narrow minded?

This is what happens when you give your kids an erector set for Christmas when they are about 5 years old they don't grow up they just get bigger toys .
Thats right! True passion never die 😁
My dad gave me a Meccano crane set for Christmas when I was about 12. It was not much different from this crane ☝🏻
Could you crawl under the power pack next time and get more detailed shots while the weight cradle is being lifted up into place?
😂😂
I can try
@@SGHeavyVehicles I was joking - but yes more safe shots would be great!
@@xraylife Haha i see what i can do!
So....a crane put together a crane that took apart another crane!
Can't watch, that background noise is terrible
What background noise?
European technology. Go away
Made in china
Sorry Charlie, made in Germany
It's a German made crane working in Singapore. How did you come up with China?
I saw the assembly of these as a replica with workers and small tools. 🏗 🚧 👷
