I know it's tailored to men but I feel like women must understand this concept too, some women accept cowering in a corner and you'vejust opened my eyes to how that is unacceptable. I m missing yaqeen institute ...i watch so many vid in ramdan n learn lot of things about our deen .....n had made promise to me that i will always busy in learning deen through ur channel .but after ramzan ..i m struggling to do good deeds..... it's just a one month ..but i hv done so many major sin in this month after Ramadan......i hv not watch any beneficial vid in u tube since after ramadan...n also hard for me to focus on video while in ramadan i used to watch whole ramadan series n night shows etc ...

May Allah Bless you, For years I tried to be braver but kept getting burnt out. Many sisters feel devastated to witness the discrepancy between what their hearts want and the difficulty to go into action. One surprising idea that we found to be transformative after years of trials is this: Working 🧕and RECHARGING🏖 with the SAME INTENSITY .
It's a lost ART, some of our grandma's used, and it is counter-intuitive but transformative. The art of fully rejuvenating (even for 10 mins at a time) goes hand in hand with going into Action mode and doing what we are craving/wanting to do even if afraid.

Jazak Allahu Kheir for these series. It is high time that we have these kinds of discussions with a positive focus and emphasis on Muslim men and Islamic masculinity. At the end of the day, no matter how much women work on themselves (not saying Muslim women are doing enough or are even close to reaching the level needed), the key to ending the subjugation of a people is with the men folk. This is an extremely encouraging initiative, ma shaa Allah and I look forward to improving our generation and raising the next generation to exceed us in shaa Allah. The believing men and women are allies of one another.
