Groundhog Day is right up there. It’s a great movie. Ghostbusters is number 1 though. Groundhog Day is 2nd - but Murray is really good in it and Lost in Translation is 3rd.
Ghostbusters is my favourite film, but in my opinion Groundhog Day is Bill's best film, both in terms of his performance and for the quality of the storytelling.
I can accept the idea that Ray and Egon had a falling out. What I don't accept is that, after everything the characters had experienced together, Ray wouldn't believe Egon's warning of Gozer's impending return. That was just bad writing.
Bill’s best movie? That’s a negative. The greatest thing he’s ever done is the few minutes he’s a clown in Quick Change. The king of brilliant deadpan in a clown attire is mind blowing.
If you’re referring to the comment from last week where Craig said “All of the bullshit” of Ghostbusters 2016, this was referencing the backlash, the controversy, and the negativity within the fandom that had a very negative impact on a lot of people. This comment was not in reference to the quality of the movie or the people who made it.
@@yhspodcast I appreciate the clarification. Those of us who love ATC have become used to the internet hate, so it was disappointing to see a channel/podcast that is usually a refreshingly positive take on the fandom seem to join the dogpile. My apologies for the misunderstanding, and keep doing what you do so well.
Have you guys ever seen The Man Who Knew Too Little? It's under the radar funny AF.

Excellent film and great discussion you guys and lady had, congrats on all the anniversaries 👍🏽😎🤟🏽
Groundhog Day is one of my favorite movies. I can't wait to hear you guys talk about it!

Bill Murrays best movie is Scrooched my Pwrsonal Fave after GB 1 and 2 and 3 rd would be Groundhog Day
Hilarious that Abigail talks about how kind Andie MacDowell’s energy is in the Groundhog Day because she is not a kind person in real life lol.
Good movie but What About Bob is my favorite Murray movie and it's just so underrated.

Sorry, switching to other podcasts that don’t refer to my favorite GB movie as “bullshit”

@@yhspodcast If the comment had been in reference to the quality of the movie, he'd be right. It's an awful movie.
@@brunswicksquaremusic5905 Anyone who loves that movie needs their head examined. I bet you like blood sausage too.
