Hi James thanks for all the information just wanted to say I but your incubator and the puppies kit love the incubator first time Frenchie breeder hoping to do this 4 years to come .. Again thanks for all your videos
QUESTION to James. Breeding medium-large breed dog first time with natural breeding (long planned breeding). It is her second heat. Her first heat was 2 weeks, so thats shorter than I am used to so far. *What is the earliest you have ever seen when dog is ready to be mated, James?* Ps. Progesteron test is out of equasion due to logistics and some other factors. But access to the male is easy. *When should I start letting them together? And once there is a tie, would you breed every day from then on until she lets?*
Sooo sables can show tan points? My pups liter mates had a couple siblings that were 1 solid blue, and a solid silver and what I assumed was a lilac fawn and a blue fawn. The parents were a (m ) lilac with tan points and carries cream. And a (f) solid blue female carries cream. My "blue fawn" has clear tan points on his forehead and cheeks. Is it possible he's a blue sable with tan points? I love this channel it's helped me to understand the genetics of frenchies so much. I was heavily into breeding fancy ball pythons and learned thier genetics thier very similar in how the genes work. Thanks and cheers and happy frenchies
Can you do a video on how to price puppies based on structure, dna etc?

I have a litter now with a sable that has very clear tan points, as well as blue fawns with clear tan points.
@@sheilawolf4004 how can yu tell if it's a sable or a fawn? Thanks so much.
@@jeffreyccv The hairs are a darker fawn with black tips giving the dog an overall deeper color. DNA is the definitive answer.
My dna report says sable and fawn are the same 🤷🏼♀️
@@ashleyandnicolepardi3758 Sable is a type of fawn.. The darker fawn hairs are tipped in sable or black.
