Just a shame he didn't do any of this in Human. There was a little bit in Outsider, but this video exemplifies where Matt's vocals are at their best. Stuff like this. Perfection.
I really like Matt's voice. I wish the actual machine would stop trying to push him into the box that Adam created. Let Matt have his own voice. Let Adam do his own thing. Both are amazing musicians and deserve to carve out their own path. Matt, or whoever in your team reads this, it's cool if you want to drop the forced rasp and just let your voice breathe. Your voice is awesome in its own right.
That box you speak of is what is three days grace. Don't put yourself in someone else's shoes if you don't want the backlash of studio recording someone else's lyrics. He can just make his own shit. Adam wrote this song. This guy sucks at covering it.

Sight Behind Adam left the band became Adam wants to write and sing from the heart and now he feels and write something that means something to help people but the rest of the band just wants the money. So it’s best for Adam that he doesn’t because he’s in a much better place without them. Adam is in Saint Asonia now and their song Better Place pretty much sums it up
And for you haters and anyone else that says Matt isn’t part of TDG his brother is the bass player so Matt is part of the band. Matt has been part of Three Days Grace Since Day 1. Matt has co-wrote on the first Album and he co-wrote on Transit Of Venus. If you don’t like Matt go listen to Adam or don’t listen at all listen to Matt if you like him. Three days grace is basically a completely new band. Still a good band, with a pretty good vocalist BUT its a different band than the 3DG we used to know. For everyone who are complaining about 3DG and about missing Adam: he‘s still living, and still performing like a god in Saint Asonia 💁🏻♂️🖤
He's sounds great but Adam had that raspyness in his voice and that for me was a big part of their music, I recently seen them in concert and matt was amazing and great entertainer ! Tbh I just learned adam left in 2013 I thought they were the same people but they look nothing a like! Shows how attentive I am! 😅
One of the songs that shows Matt is a very good singer and 3DG has a lot songs that match him. I just wish the band would play more songs that fit his voice instead of doing just a "standard" setlist. This way, I think people would appreciate him and the band more
