The more I watched this, the more I absolutely love your style and vocals. I think your voice is fantastic. The band is what took away from the cover. I’ve listened to a few live versions of this cover as well as the album version and everything is fantastic except the strings. I don’t know if they’re tuned too loud or maybe just a half key off, but it creates a very audible clash with the vocal and bass line. Very talented players, but the original used a synthesizer to avoid this exact scenario. Bravo for an otherwise amazing cover.

Hello Anthony. I love the Deborah Holland version of this song from Fright Night 2. I enjoyed your cover of this song very much as well. You definitely have the modern gothic, vampire vibe. Had you sprouted fangs at the end of the song I would not have been surprised!

2022 - first time ever I saw and heard this cover. Sorry guys, but this is aweful. The arrangement and sound ruins the entire composition. Frankly, I don't understand the overwhelming positive comments. IMHO, this is a horrible cover version. (pun intended)

i like that Anthony kept it sonorous; he interpreted the phrase "just for you" is svelte -- a great interpretation , a vampire invites and seduce, it needs you to step forward to make that commitment, to take the bite-- well done. i love the driving bass at the back, it is interesting to hear updates of this in an age of EDM and dubsteps, and vampires are always dead on trends because they need to suck at the pulse of life to stay forever young... although 1 small quibble-- the recording of this has not been given a proper remastering so Anthony's voice is always on the verge of being drowned out and sounded thin, maybe something can be done, but if we adjust our perceptions abit; i'd say this would be a party i'd like to be at 5 yrs ago.

Well done. Vocals should have been more of the focus though. Feels like everything else was trying to be too elaborate , at the cost of the singing. Should tone down the instruments. Or just gone with a synthesizer.
