I do believe we took Zion logue in the sixth round and passed on Brenden rice who went in the seventh round who would at least be another wide receiver for atlanta

Exactly, I keep saying we have our WR2 already. That's why Cousins asked for and recruited Mooney. Mooney is a faster Addison with bigger hands.

@vince11harris Mooney is a solid receiver. When used on the outside as WR1 he was a 1000 yard receiver.

I can definitely say we’ve always had a good defensive presence as far as limiting the run, which was obvious last season; but we definitely need more depth when it comes to pass rush. We have a few of the pieces and I’m sure the front office is aware of this, especially after watching the draft. I could see Atlanta having a top 5 defense this season.

2. He's lazy and soft. All he will ever get is a bunch of yards in between the 20s when he's the first read.

@davidwillis8623 you didn't wat he'd him play. He quits on routes when he's not #1 and getting jammed and failing to beat guys under 6' and 200lbs has nothing to do with the QB.
@@MumRah you have to throw it to him anyway, his hands don’t stop working because someone is draped on him. He’s not Tyreek, he’s more Brandon Marshall where you throw it in tough coverage and let him use his size and strength
@davidwillis8623 yeah, actually his entire him stops working. He's been like this since college. I forget his name but some small DB at Carolina threw him aside like a child more than once to make a tackle. He's tall but he's not physical or strong.

Easily Fontenot, a guy he has more chemistry with as he helped select him, so he can be more of himself in player selection and team building

Pitts gonna eat watch ! It was poor qb play he knew the ball wasn't coming so he kinda held back .even drake started losing confidence but that's his guy so he stayed silent
We also had a very stubborn Head Coach who had Pitts on the sideline while we were in the red zone multiple times!😖 So glad Authur Smith is gone!!!

To be fair. Pitt’s has had very bad QB play in his first 3 yrs. KC is going to elevate him as well as the other weapons
Pitts had a great Rookie season and then after that there was no one to throw him the ball.. Mooney will also thrive.. we have passers this year...

There is no if, Bijan is going to be a top 5 RB talent this year contributing both in the run game and checkdown game as a deâdly outlet guy. It’s going to be hard to play Cover 2 vs. us because you can’t let Bijan get the ball over the middle/shovel passes, Cover 3 would be hard because London, Pitts and Mooney excel in catching seam routes like posts and ins. Man would leave too much opportunity again for Bijan as you would need a corner or a safety to cover him one on one.

Kirk loves tight end safety valves and dumping it quick. I don't think 1000 is out of the question.
@@JN-ye8qo Kirk is also one of the best deep passers in the league as well. He feeds his TEs like he does his receivers and usually has two 1000 yard receivers.

Idk man. I realize that Morris is a "players coach" and say they want to play for him but I'm a bottom line, numbers guy.
Raheem doesn't have a great record. His defenses weren't great, middle of the pack at best and his head coaching record is abysmal.
I hope he turns things around here but after you consider his history and the draft strategy, I'm not optimistic.
And YES WE NEED AN EDGE GUY. WE NEEDED ONE AT 8!
Raheem was given an untalented team both his time as coaching. Even as an interim coach in Atlanta. And he had good defense with the Chargers
