    ✔️Any flour (I used rice flour) 30 g,
    ✔️Salt, spices to taste,
    ✔️Sesame seeds for decoration
    Total per 100 grams:
    Calories - 190.6 kcal.
    Protein - 16.8g.
    Fat - 9.8 g.
    Carbohydrate - 8.3 g.
    Another wonderful cottage cheese recipe:
    ✔️ Cottage cheese - 300 grams;
    ✔️ Eggs - 2;
    ✔️ Oat flour - 70 grams;
    ✔️ Baking soda - 1/3 teaspoon;
    ✔️Salt - a pinch;
    ✔️ Blueberries (I froze them) - 50-70 grams;
    ✔️ Yogurt - 50 grams;
    ✔️ Sweetener - to taste.

    Total per 100 grams:
    Calories - 136.2 kcal.
    Protein - 13.8 g.
    Fat - 4.3 g.
    Carbohydrate - 10.5 g.
