    INGREDIENTS:
    ✔️250 g cottage cheese
    ✔️1 egg yolk
    ✔️50 g almond flour
    ✔️10 g corn starch (or 20 g rice flour)
    ✔️Sweetener (I have liquid stevia 6 drops)
    ✔️1 teaspoon of baking powder
    ✔️150g ricotta
    ✔️1 tablespoon of yogurt
    ✔️Sweetener (I have liquid stevia 3-4 drops)
    Total per 100 grams:
    Calories - 195.27 kcal.
    Protein - 15.23 g.
    Fat - 13.13 g.
    Carbohydrate - 5.10 g.
