It got me in my feels when I was reading it, She also mentioned in her song that she doesn’t want to blame the fans for all the pressure and anxiety that got built up in her as a idol. Nayeon's album is amazing. It really shows more of her as an artist and what her vision is. If yo have the time, even if it is just by yourself, I recommend watching the behind of the album bcs she was really involved and is an interesting side to see.
also in the album photos she have photos with some bows/ribbons that are the colors of the members, in her album, and it's very cute to see the behind and her saying that they are the girls in the colors and how much she misses them
