Today, I'm back with another random car chat from this past Friday. I filmed before work, during lunch, and after work and I rambled the whole way. I hope everyone is doing well and having a fabulous weekend. If there is anything y'all want me to talk about specifically, let me know. It might help with my randomness. I talk about everything from my medical updates, freezing, shoes, and not trusting anyone walking in my neighborhood. LOL Oh and cabbage! Yes to cabbage in all things! Thank you! I'm working on how to show of the food prep I do and things I eat bc that is what I search youtube for a lot of times lol. My stuff is so basic and I don't take much time for it but it works for me so far. I am trying a couple be recipes this weekend and am going to try to find a way to film that would work for me. Thanks for loving the random chats as well. I ramble even when I don't mean to. lol ❤
I love your random chats! I just started metformin, I'm really hoping it works for me. I'm so happy that you were able to get off your medications!! Thank you for mentioning those shoes your Dr recommended to you. I tore my ACL in '08 & even after surgery, I still have issues with it. Have a great week💛
Fingers crossed you've not had any side effects on the metformin. They had me on 2 daily to start and the pharmacist told me to start w one for the first couple of weeks after my last meal before I went to sleep. then add the second one in the morning after breakfast. Had minimal stuff thank goodness lol. Those Hoka shoes are great. I'm just keeping my eyes peeled for a sale bc they are pricey. My knees love them tho. I've not had many problems since. Hope you have an awesome day! Spring is almost here ❤😀
Right! I have the same neighborhood situation too. It was more safe when I was a kid, but not now. Good to see you ❤ now to finish watching the video. I get you on the anxiety thing with comments. I feel the same way about text messages and FB messenger. Pressure stresses me out and the pressure is coming from myself...no one else (trauma based, I'm sure). I'm on a health and mental health thing, too...
Yes I can't do Facebook at all. I've tried several times and it makes my anxiety shoot through the roof. I keep an account for family members that only have that but I don't log in ever 😅. I can't keep up w posts and people get annoyed bc I didn't see them post some update or something. I don't understand that platform at all. Mental stuff is the worst and a long haul thing. So much of health in general is mental I'm learning. We got this! Unless I'm in a mood to not then I'll come back and get it when I am LOL

Thank you! I still have a bit of weight left to go but it is a crazy journey for sure. Slowly but surely I'm getting there. I've have been working outside a lot and have even took up gardening which is so weird to me bc I used to hate being outside and I woukd get worn out so fast. Now I find it hard to stay on the computer LOL ❤
Awesome! Glad you like the cabbage dish! It's so good and simple! I tried it with a bit of chopped up cooked bacon with the cheese when it's added and it was so good. When I cook something I'll try to remember to share. I've been doing simple stuff lately just bc of crazy grocery prices but the cabbage cake thing is still a staple I have it at least twice a week and it's so cheap and good 😀
I have really gotten back into books lately again. Tho I'm slow to read bc I'm always falling asleep when I read lol. I'll look through what I've read and put a list together for a sit down vid 😀

Long underwear is a blessing and it keeps me warm without all the bulk.
