- Hygger aquarium air pump review and unboxing. This super quite aquarium air pump is an awesome product. I’ve had great luck using these air pumps on my fish tanks. The smaller air pumps are growing in popularity because of how easy they are too attached to the side of your small little aquarium. They’re also super quiet which people love because they were commonly keep them in a bedroom where they are sleeping.
Hygger has a reputation Of making very affordable products at a decent quality. They are also growing in popularity in the fish aquarium industry because they’re coming out with tons of leading ideas and technology.

So, as I said in my other post I “rescued” yet another sad/dying Betta in a cup when I went to the pet store. I wish I could have gotten another 15g for him but as you can see in the video I am having a little problem with space lol so I bought a 6g. It’s the tank sitting empty on the counter above the couch. I have been staring at everything for an hour and have no idea where to put this new little tank and I need suggestions. I don’t want him sitting in his little prison for much longer. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Do you think it’s small enough to maybe put on top of one of the 75g’s or the 125g? Sorry for it being kind of messy in here today.
You could always save and then give them to people ya know will take care of them? Make sure they know what they are doing with the tank. I have cichlids or I save some myself I had one names Paul and he was amazing.
I wish my house was that messy. Do your dogs help you maintain your tanks? I would not put a filled 6 gallon tank on top of another tank. I liked the idea of mounting the TV on the wall. In fact, with that many tanks, what do you need a TV for? Watching fish would be much more enjoyable than watching anything on TV. And it would free up a lot of room for you.
Another option, perhaps for future since you’ve found a solution - if you can find the right sized tank(s).
Even if not specifically for fish, perhaps plant grow out, quarantine, etc. I suspect that far down and with a 5/6 gal cubes or so, and perhaps a piece of support material to replace the glass, the shelf structure would be plenty robust to support the weight, especially that close to the bottom.
And if does work out, it appears you have one on each side of your couch, sooo… maybe two more available spots for smaller tanks.
UPDATE: The little shrimp was already dead so no animals were harmed in the making of this video (well just the deceased ones)
I really didn’t think he would eat the whole shrimp like that. I figured he would just pick at it. This made me realize he is ready for his upgraded aquarium with only a pleco for company lol. He is a lot stronger and can eat way more than I realized.
Is that one of those dinosaur things? They have a couple of those at PetSmart where I went. I almost got one. But the guy said they are pretty agressive. I thought it's a little worm thing. Thought it was like a bottom feeder. But he said it would get my fish though.

Just getting back into the hobby after a break of a few years and rediscovered your channels. Remembering that you seem to have a video for everything that ever interests me made me smile, lol.

Your channel is awesome. I like how small the airpump is, wont take up much room and might be good for smaller aquariums.

Too small but I’m looking at their much larger one. I’m tired of the lack of support from tetra.
