I'd like to share a recipe with you I live up in the north east and up here we have something in our take away called chicken parmo the one in the rake away is chicken coated in breadcrumbs fried then when nearly cooked is covered with a white sauce and grated cheese red cheese is best. Sw version is a chicken breast butterflied or rendered to make it a bit thinner coat with heb bread as breadcrumbs put in oven then when nearly cooked cover with low low soft cheese or any that's hea then top with grated cheese depending on the size of your chicken you might not use all of your b and 2 a choices then put back in oven until cheese is nicely melted serve with chips and salad. It really is lush xx

Have you never had mash potato with baked beans before?! It’s the first thing I’d think of to add to this dish! You’ve got lots of green veg in with your mash. More wont hurt though. But baked beans are lovely with cheesy mash!
I love these. I always add an egg. I also use a mini muffin tin 'cos they look so cute. They also freeze well.

You can definitely use no meat at all. i've never tried with chicken but I guess you could, let me know if it works
