Fun fact, to make the fastest vehicle currently, you need to make the tracks as thin as possible. Same for all the wheels. Then get an engine and just max is out. Finally make the armor as minimum as possible.
You probably can't even hit that thing if it goes full speed.
@@mariantaraza4948 well uh about that. It turns out that there’s is these 2 magical forces
One doesn’t allow you to go past 50 km/p and the other is the aiming on the ai’s
@@Ghent_Halcyon if you do the gearbox properly you can hit 90kmh without too much issue
My personal record is 110kmh, though I saw a functional non-cheated design hit 120kmh somehow. (I heard that lag can affect how the engine works, so maybe related to that)
But yes, AI aiming is bullshit and will still somehow tag a 2m target going that fast on like the 3rd shot
Edit: record is now something like 166kmh, turns out that hueg wheels are better for top speed (ruin your steering though). There's a guide about track design in Sprocket somewhere on youtube
@@dodobird679 I saw a non-glitch design reach 590km/h, but then break.
I like how the game adds kill strips on your barrel.
The hardest part on Dunes is finding the one that's not dead.
Have that issue on fields. Except im usually tracked
@@The-Okami-Project Yeah. Fields enemies have a thing for tracks. Even when basically hull down: If one can get the track... it will.
@@The-Okami-Project fixed in latest update. There was one enemy that never moved from spawn.
@@Orkel2 now there is a non moving in enemy on ambush… oh well. It is early developement.
@@drewitts2804 if you mean the enemy at the end of the level, then I’m pretty sure it isn’t meant to move around much
I'm waiting for a 1:1 replica of the TONK.
It's been done a few times over now by Spookston and others.
I kinda want a person standing next to the build as a point of reference because I sometimes lose track of how big or most of the time how small the vehicle I am making
I am no tank expert and I commonly wonder "will a person actually fit in this vehicle" because I love making small tanks
you can use the preset tanks as reference for your tank size

I hope there is a way to make half tracks or armored cars. Things like the Sd.Kfz 222 and Sd.Kfz 234/2/4 are some of my favorite vehicles

I had a late war era AMX-13 clone I made and actually did a really good job on it but I tried using it in an interwar scenario *and I saved that over the save file*
I cant wait to recreate that double cannon T-80 or T-90 that was in COD BO2 once they add multi-cannon.
Those enemy Tanks look alot like the french Char 2C Bis with German modifications. The Germans used them after invading France and made some modifications to them. :D
Has anyone figured out to make the tanks go up hills if you have to stop on one at let's say 15 degree slope or less? I have a pretty good running vehicle but it refuses to go up hills unless Ive gotta good head start.
A community vehicles series of videos would be awesome, but keeping it new and fresh would be difficult. Dev seems to be super kickass about getting stuff done, though so the game might do that itself.
The problem I keep having is run depression speed, anything bigger than a 30mm seems to make my cannon vertical traverse speed be 0.0001 degrees per second, even when i select the largest turret motor and mantlet torque sertting.
I expect someone to make a Bob Semple or even the Killdozer🤣

Make a tank that is covered in cupolas. Trust me, it's really funny when you get destroyed. Just cram them on there, with the smallest amount of armor possible! Also, you can head to settings and ignore weight limit. Just guessing you don't have that on already.

Its so much easier to create functioning vehicles that dont drive all derpy if you have a good understanding of mechanical components and how changing their properties will affect the end result.
