For years now I’ve wanted a dji osmo…. I finally had the chance to buy one and have watched countless videos of dji vs insta and had made up my mind to get the insta . Got to Best Buy held the insta and changed my mind and went for the dji. Hopefully I made the right decision. But I couldn’t get passed the way you hold it and I have small hands .
I purchased the Insta360 Flow here in Australia about 1 month ago. I'm not impressed with this gimble. Here are my issues with this product hopefully I can save someone out there some money I paid $220.00 Australian for this and when I tried to get a refund I was denied as I had opened and used the gimble. Here are my issues Manual settings are only compatible with Apple phones and not android 60fps again only compatible with Apple and not android. They don't specify this. When attaching the clamp, I'm constantly being told the clamp is not centred when actually it is centred. Pano mode when using this mode with the tripod my phone fell over and cracked the screen protector which cost me $30 the tripod is very flimsy and unstable. I have the Samsung A54 which has a much better video stabilisation than the Insta360 Flow. I get no shaky video when just using my A54, but clearly when using the gimble there is a big difference when playing back your videos. When turning the gimble upside down to get low video shots it has a dummy spit, spins around a few times then shuts down. App crashed constantly.
The ergonomics issue is a big one. Thanks for this video!
