I think first borns go through a lot emotionally, and yet they don't have someone to talk to. They've to pick themselves up and take care of the emotional needs of those that follow them and their parents,especially in broken marriages. They're not allowed to be vulnerable. You're strong or you're strong Then there's the responsibility overload(you're caring for others early on and have to keep carrying them when you get a job),the expectations (you're required to set an example and also the parents displace their failed dreams on you),then the way parents are strict on firstborns😔you're not allowed to make a mistake,and they get you when they still have their "ideal child" who you've to turn out to be. That constant need to bend you to their "ideal child" makes you a perfectionist later in life. Then I think there's also that constant inner guilt of feeling like you're not setting the right example.
