How long do you let them set in the fridge after you form them? And how much cake to frosting ratio do you use?

For one 9x13 cake, I normally use two spoonfuls of frosting (standard sized kitchen cereal spoon); this could vary depending on the dryness/moistness of your cake. And then I only keep them about 10 min in the fridge; just enough to firm them up a bit but not too long so they turn "cold". If you dip cold cake into hot/warm chocolate, they're more apt to crack when dry. Hope that helps!

    How do u package these

I only do local orders (no shipping) so the type of packaging I do is not fancy at all; I'll individually wrap each pop with bubble wrap then place them in a box on their sides, separating each layer with more bubble wrap. And I never have more than 3 layers of pops in a box because any more could get too heavy & crush the pops on the bottom layer. Hope that helps!
