I will measure what the max size you can get under the blade tomorrow. The max depth of cut is about 3inch or 70mm but if your cutting skirting board as a normality you would lay it flat to cut
@@quickfirefred34 I have a dewalt 706 used it for 18years it’s a 12inch saw so it will cut anything and for me I can cut skirting so much faster upright but I want a battery one now and that looks a nice saw
I know trying to remove that bolt was a nightmare. Try a sharp rap with a hammer, or if you can attach something else to get more leverage. Best of luck and thanks for watching
I would say this saw should serve you well. I use it as my saw on site and have its larger big brother in the workshop. Hope this helps thanks for watching
@@quickfirefred34 It will be used mostly in my shed (no power) and outdoors. Battery makes sense if it performs as well as the LS1019. I’d never use it for extended periods so battery would be fine.
Has this saw got the AWS technology?
Hi to answer your question in a word no
I think the extended timber supports on the DLS110Z are a bit rough compared to the supports on the LS1219L mitre saw.
Hi. Did you ever make a comparison video of the 36volt vs 240volt?
Hi no I have not done one yet but I will look into doing one soon if you guys would like to see one thanks for the interest
I cut my skirting up right so how tall will this cut would a 5inch skirting fit ?

Well this saw is10inch blade but I have a 12inch to I will measure both
There is a bevel cut on it
any light or laser
There is no light or lazer on this model you can get this saw with a lazer which is what I did with its bigger brother .
I’m having the same issue removing the bolt to fit the blade. Won’t budge. Feels wrong with it being a opposite thread too.

@@TomMagicWoodworking tempted to put the impact driver on it. Never known any thing like it.
Worth a try
@@quickfirefred34 persevered with a box end wrench on the Allen key for leverage. Got there in the end.
Good man I'm glad you got there in the end but it should never be that tight
Great review. Would you say this is suitable if you only have 1 Mitre saw?

In that case it will be a great saw for you
@@quickfirefred34 would it fit on a 4 x 2 workbench?
The smaller Bosch saw (GCM 8SJL) I was considering won’t due to the rail design.
@kevinkeelan354 yes the feet will just fit on a 2ft work bench with the front of the saw sticking over
