Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial.. ! I am deeply surprised how easy it is to work on the CVT tech transmission versus Polaris or Can-Am. No special tools required, strange... Again, thank you very much. Will order the trail kit from team MSC... Unfortunately, I'm thinking that your crankcase seal is leaking causing the oil to get in. That sucks. Probably faster for you to order the part than to send it under warranty which will take about 3 months to fix lol.. also, you rear shockguard is 180° off needs a face forward lol
Did you find a belt that works for you. Im running the Rock / Mud clutch on a stock belt on Super ATV Stickies 34x10x14 tires. just wondering if there is a better option for a belt. The stock is still slipping at times.
Mine had the same oil leak. There must have been a bad batch of seals or it was getting scratched on assembly. Im sure Segway knows about the issue by now.
@sxsoutcast7651 mine was on the passenger side as well, jacked it up to take the sprung weight off the coilover and used a rubber mallet to tap it around to the front
@sxsoutcast7651 no problem 👍 it was driving me nuts that mine was on wrong and my ocd wouldn't let me leave it lol...and I didn't wanna deal with it either, knew there had to be a simple way to fix it

I'll fix it myself for sure. 6 month in a shop, nah. It's an easy fix.
whats with the oil ?
I think it's the seal behind the secondary. Easy replacement for sure but I'm not sure why.

When my new clutch shows up I'll change the seal.
You must change the semering on secondary clutch shaft this is common issues on Segway machines.
Thanks.
Did you install the regular kit or the Mud / Trail kit ?
Mud kit isn't out yet. I had it on preorder and cancelled it for now but I'm going to WV on the 20th and I wanted a clutch kit.
Left hand threads versus right hand threads, old school
Needs to be for the bolts won't back off.
what tires do u run on yours and how are they for all types of terrain?
I'm using rock a Billy 32" and 35" zillas. The rock a Billy seems to be doing real good for all around.
Rock shield is on backwards on that shock
Yup from the factory like that.
I don't wanna take the shocks off and compress them

@@troyshoemaker6335 Thanks for sharing. I didn't wanna go thru the compression of the spring. 😎
