9:20 hits hard. Never be too afraid or prideful to ask for help.

I agree with this 100%. This is part of the reason I was ok with my video editor leaving my brain fart in the video. It's ok to look dumb sometimes :)

Your channel is very helpful. You give very good advice. I was wondering if you have a video itemizing what gear you absolutely need to get started doing this professionally. For somebody that hasn’t yet passed that $1,000.00 threshold yet. I’m having a hard time deciding if I need more gear or not to start recording clients.

You have a real fan here man! I saved every video you have and plan to look into your classes. I'm active duty army and do this as a part time thing but I'm very dedicated to my craft and spend any and all time my wife will allow on learning. I have not started an LLC or anything yet. I want to make sure I'm making money first. What do you think about that?

Also, do you have like a business plan outline that can help somone like me who has not started there official business yet? You have so much valuable info and I have so many notes I'm kinda lost in them. I would like to know what questions on paper I need to answer for myself to be successful.

Where did you get your desk from?! I've been looking for something that's just low-key and thin, and yours looks to be both.

This is just not a good business to get into, there is just not a "DEMAND" for it, in fact it's not the studio that is in demand, Studios, (lets say in Nashville) are a dime a dozen. Unless you have something to offer that no other studio has, your studio is not going to be in demand. What is in demand are the Songwriters, Producers, Engineers and promoters. Most of them are comfortable in any studio.

Started the downward slide in the 90’s. Picked up speed and went over the cliff in ‘07 ish and on

@@MobiusMinded Wow, A year later and some one responds.
I am old school 70's , My dream was to have my own recording studio, and now I have one.
What do I do with it?
      Answer is, not much..
I seem to be the only musician kicking the doors in to record here. But, that's ok it is a great hobby.
In other words, there is not a huge demand in "my area". That being said. This is really not a lucrative business.
