I just fucking realized that the founding of Durotar campaign was some sort of World of Warcraft pre-alpha......Since the response to this type of gameplay received so much positive feedback, they probably decided to fully work on Wow with the results we now know.
Actually they were pretty much full on WoW even before War3. In some interviews they were talking about stuff like Tauren, Kalimdor, Ancient Protectors, Ghouls and Gnolls before even releasing War3. It's more likely that War3's RPG elements were intended as a bridge to WoW from the very beginning.
I made this comment about 7 years ago, about 13 years after I saw the "TO BE CONTINUED..." AT 2:45:07. I never got to play the end of Frozen Throne after that. It's nice to see this video is still on UA-cam, still helping us relive the memories.

The clans came to the island, but it's obvious that not all the orcs went inside the tomb. Likely, Cho'gal and the rest of the clans' force were busy fighting Rend and Maim's clan outside.
There is one thing i cant take it serious. Why is Maiev was so obsessed with Illidan ? Yes, Illidan is hunk and hung but Tyrande is the one to blame because she killed the guardian to release Illidan but Maiev act like Illidan did it all by himself. I think the Starcraft sequence only plays if the RoC campaign has been beaten on hard mode.
